Clone hosted feature layer and related tables

Hi,

I'm having some issues cloning a hosted feature layer and its related tables. The layer has over 70000 records, and four related tables. The service will clone ok, and also clone the related tables, however, its not cloning the data. Has anyone experienced this before? Looking for any advice before I start writing procedures to check if the data has copied and then copy it all across.
