This document explains how to set the symbology field of an output parameter such that a particular symbology is used when is added to the map. If the output parameter is a feature dataset, multiple feature class layers are added. Are all these feature class layers using the one symbology? This is a problem for me because some feature classes are points and some are polylines and require different symbologies. Is there a way to define multiple symbologies and pick which one is used when the object is added to the map?
