API For Python - Server.Content.Find. Could not load service for a few services

Hello everyone, 

When I use API for Python, connect to ArcGIS standalone server and trying to list current services:

I receive a list Services, but only MapServer and GeoCoder services are recognized, while Router (NetworkAnalyst) and another MapService is not recongized.

Where can I find the reason? Is there a log?

Is this because of "You are not licensed for workflowsvr"?

What is this workflowsvr?
