Add Portal Item(Tile Layer with sub layers) to WebMap using ArcPy

I would like to add a published Tile Layer (that has few sub layers) to a WebMap, I tried it using web_map_object.add_layer(tile_layer_portal_item, options={'title': 'testing_tile_layer'}), but it adds each sub layer separately instead of a group (Tile Layer portal item). I am using ArcPy latest version for ArcPro.
