Has anyone used the IP Address/URL restriction feature for a secured feature layer so that only a specific request from an IP or url can do inserts or updates to that secured feature layer using a utility url and token? It is not working for us. When we add the IP or base url to the list, this restricts people from editing the layer (even when logged in), but it does not allow inserts or updates to happen via the utility url and token being used from the IP address added to the allowed list.
