"g[d.join(...)] is undefined", wierd Error in dojo/dojox/date/islamic/locale.js

I am using the API V3.8. Occasionally I got this error and the api failed to load,

"g[d.join(...)] is undefined"


the function is in this file,

http://js.arcgis.com/3.8/js/dojo/dojox/date/islamic/locale.js


Anyone has a clue why I got the error?

It is usually gone when you refresh the application.
