I am having an issue where mouse-move and mouse-drag events are not firing on the map object while actively editing a graphic. The issue starts after graphic-move-start fires and continues until graphic-move-stop fires. This issue started this week, which leads me to guess that it has to do with browser updates. I am experiencing this issue in Firefox v59, Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0 and Chrome 64.0.3282.186. The event has never fired for Chrome for me. Is anyone else experiancing this issue?
