Does anyone have an example on how to use time-enabled map services with the latest arcgis javascript api (4.11)?
I'm looking at creating an animation using NOAA's nowCOAST time enabled map services (nowCOAST™ Information Depot ) and just looping thru the images in a time loop. I've never used a time-enabled map service in the javascript api and would like to see some examples.
