Move a graphic along a Time-Aware layer

We have been trying to adapt the Time-Aware code but not having much luck. 

We have a time-aware point feature layer.  Each point (single attribute row) is spaced at 1 second.  We want to move a graphic along that line, as we show a feature linked picture. 

First step is moving the graphic along the trackline.  The second step is passing the URL from the feature to the file system and display the jpeg.

Is your service public? Is each feature in the table an observation of time and position of a tracked feature?
