infowindow and customized popup size

An earlier thread posted in the old forum (http://forums.esri.com/Thread.asp?c=158&f=2421&t=288739&mc=5#msgid897861) gave instructions on how to open a new web page with a determined width to height size. I�??m now trying to get the same result by using the infodata link from within the infowindow. I tried to modify the component with the attached code, unfortunately with no luck. I appreciate any suggestion on this.
