Cursor Help

I want to have the cursor become a crosshair when the zoom in/out is selected.  I have accomplished this, however the cursor does not switch back to the finger when going over the menus of the Viewer, which I also want.  What would be the best way to do this?  Is there an easier way then going through cursorManager and using setCursor every time?

Thanks.  I have another question pertaining to this that maybe you can help with.  I have a mouse over event attached to graphics that does not work when the zoom in/out is selected.  Is there a way to have both on at the same time?
