Hello GeoNet,

I wonder is there a template to build a geocoding locator if the reference database doesn't contain hyphenated house numbers.  Is there a way to build a locator that would geocode a hyphenated address number?

Thank you,

Emily

Which did you try and rule out from the geocoder list ? There is no requirement to have a hyphenated one, but some seem to allow for it, at least at the range level

Hi Dan,

I've tried 'US Address-Dual Ranges' and 'US Address-One Range' styles. But now I'm thinking the problem is my source data?  Does my source data need to be a hyphenated number as address number first? Like this:

Because my source street data is not hyphenated... like this:

Thanks,

Emily
