arcgis online blank feature layer

When I attempt to set a layer source within my widgets, it appears as blank despite me having multiple layers attached to my account. (see attached image for reference). 

I believe it may be something to do with my accounts (I have an organizational one attached to my university and a personal one). I must use my organizational one due to it having access to the developer version of ArcGIS Online (needed for my current project).

Any help would be appreciated.
