Hi guys,

I'm trying to make a skyline graph, but for that I  have to create line features from the "Skyline" first. For the observer point feature I'm using point shapefile with aded Z value and a DMR as the input surface. After launching, the process is claimed to be finished successfuly, but the line feature is not visible and is, after pressing "zoom to layer", at the completely wrong place (and still not visible).

What am I doing wrong? Thank you .

Hello Tim, apologies for the delayed response.  We have a bug with this tool where it does not return expected results when the input datasets are using different coordinate systems. As a temporary workaround, please ensure that all your data is in the same coordinate system and let me know if you receive the expected result.

Hello, I have the same problem (having the latest version 3.0.3, input CRS checked). Is the issue fixed? Thank you for your reply.

I am experiencing the same problem. My point and dem data are in the same projection, and my point data has z derived from raster. Both have with the same vertical units. The tool runs, but the output has no shape and is near the center of the coordinate system.

As an aside, I found the QGIS plugin, Visibility Analysis to run without problems.
