Calculate Strata Volume from Bore Hole Data

I have various sites where the client provides the geotechnical report that includes boring logs of the subsurface material (rock, clay, sand, etc). I have simplified those below. I need to try to get volumes of each material using voxels or multiple strata surfaces. I know the surface elevation at each bore so I was going to start with point data and convert to raster but seems like there is a better way. Any ideas?
