I am creating 3D buffers around points and somehow lose the most important field in the attribute table of the points in the process. The field with its original field name is still there, but the values have been replaced with the rounded values of the field originally to its right, which repeats itself throughout the table - PointY has the values of PointZ, and they are rounded so I can't just change the field name alias.
This has happened every time I do this, and with different point feature classes. How can I preserve the correct values?
I am using ArcGIS desktop 10.3.1
