ArcScene 10.6.1 won't initialize? How can I reinstall just this app?
I think you might want to try a 'repair'. Windows control Panel, Add Remove Programs, select 'Repair'
It might work to fix things without a full uninstall/reinstall
Still isn't working. Is a full reinstall my only other option?
So you have the 3D analyst extension toggled on (for ArcMap) and you have 3D data or data that you can view in 3D selected?
Is it hanging or it isn't available to select? Not sure what you now mean by initializing
It's stuck on the splash screen at " Initializing Application."

Well, after uninstalling and reinstalling my problem has not yet been solved.
1.Start ArcScene
2.Splash screen pops up
3. Says "Initializing Licence"
4.ArcScene window opens as all white named "Untitled"
5.Splash screen remains open.
6.Splash screen says "Initializing Application..."
7.ArcScene then says "Not responding"
Contact Tech Support, something is amiss with your system and you will probably need to provide more information
