The 3D Effects toolbar

There should be some text to show what application that each toolbar belongs too.  I had to find the swipe tool, to determine this fact.  It would be nice to just have some sort of bold text stating this:

It would be nice to have an interactive snapping tolerance tool, where there is a 3D circle around the cursor that one can draw interactively to define the tolerance, but the feedback to us, would be a 3D circle that grows from the center of the user click.

The 2D version is created from a point click and draws outward, but on a flat plane.

The 3D version we could see in 3D, perhaps as part of 10.1.

Just prior to step 4:

You can also click the text properties button  after selecting the 3D text to invoke theDefault Text Element Properties dialog box.

It seems like this help doc is about setting Size and Position, but the graphic does not show the size and position form, it does show the tab, but it seems like the actual form should be shown.

The graphic shows a List by Selection on the TOC, so is this coming at Pre Release or is this an older prototype view?

The graphic shows License manager 9x, but the license manager should be 10x.
