I am working with arcGIS 10.1 and I am unable to change from Geographic coordinates system to UTM North 45 but with different  Datum,  from Everest Bangladesh Datum to WGS 1984 Datum in the case of Kathmandu Nepal

Thank you Johannes for your help, unfortunately, it didn't work with this suggestion but someone came in with an idea of corrupted data and suggested me to retrieve new data and try again. Luckily it works
