During the final phases of the platform migration, Esri Community entered read-only mode on August 13, 2026. Learn more about why that's happening and what additional resources you can turn to for help.

With an anticipated launch date of August 24th, Esri Community will be migrating to a new platform technology. The new platform will introduce a number of improvements and enhancements for users. We've listed many of the most prominent benefits in this article.

Esri Community will be entering a Read-Only period starting August 13th. This is a required part of the platform migration process during which content can be viewed, but no new posts, comments, kudos, or other forms of engagement can be added. This article includes details about items not automatically migrating to the new platform and optional steps members can take to preserve them.
