I had just the same problem. The changes won't show up until you refresh the survey on your local device. I had to delete the survey from my device using the ArcGIS Survey 123 app, and then re-download the survey, and then everything showed up!

Just ran into this same question, and ended up using the python random.sample function directly to create a subsequence of rows from the original search cursor, e.g. all_addresses = [row.getValue("FID") for row in arcpy.SearchCursor("survey_master_address_list_2018", fields="FID")]
import random
sample_set = random.sample(all_addresses, sample_size) I tried a few times to just use row objects directly and found that there were weird reference issues, so it works best to pull a list of FID values, sample those, and then you can loop back through the layer using an UpdateCursor and check for `row.FID in sample_set` to then perform operations on the sample.

Thanks! Luckily I do have access to a DGN file from the same area that was successfully imported/referenced in arc 10.0, so I should be able to do this as well.. Because I have both Microstation and ArcGIS, I was able to find the coordinate location (start x,y and end x,y) of a 2 point line that crosses my general spatial work area. I found the x,y coords in ArcGIS and I found the same x,y coords in Microstation and then came up with a "world" file. "esri_cad.wld" -1853483.648,-1789483.648 290000.000,5654000.000 -1447483.648,-1456483.648 696000.000,5987000.000 This world file works for me (UTM Zone 10, NAD83) but I doubt it would work for most other folks. This issue has been identified as a "bug" (by ESRI) in ArcGIS 10.2 Chris

I think I'm having the same problem, except I don't have CADD software on my end, just receive the DGN files and usually they import fine into ArcGIS (in 10.0 and 10.1 and before). Cmertel, could you give any insight on how you solved the problem?
