I have the same question. It seems like the Google group stopped posting after 2016. I did hear that the Rhino version is being maintained. I ran the test data on 10.5 and it worked, after 7.5 hr though. I'm having a hard time getting the tool to work for Tampa buildings. Let me know if you hear anything.

Hi there, I was able to use Python API fine with Pro 1.4 and Python API 1.2 version. I just updated Pro to 2.0 today, and found the import arcgis command returned errors: The errors only showed up when opening Jupyter Notebook with the Python prompt under ArcGIS Pro; when I tried to open the same notebook with Anaconda prompt, everything worked well. I wonder why this is happening... I initially installed Python API through Pro. Thanks a lot! Best, Leilei

Hector can you send me a sample of your data so I can help you the best way I could? You should be able to send me messages since I just followed you.

It's like LR mentioned above, ModelBuilder only allows one iterator. To use another iteration you have to build another model and integrate them together by dragging and dropping one model into the other. In my case, I made the first model output a precondition to the second model. Looks like you already figured out the second iterator. It seems that Apply Symbology From Layer works if you add a step to make sure that the input is a layer file. (Mine is not valid because I don't have a symbology layer put in)

If I understand correctly, you were trying to loop through the attribute table and run analysis on each record right? If that's the case, Iterators in Model Builders can be quite helpful. Iterators—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop Examples of using iterators in ModelBuilder—Tools | ArcGIS for Desktop I haven't tried to apply symbology through ModelBuilder before, but it seems like this tool here could be a good start. The idea is to apply a symbology layer to your target layers. Just gave me something to try out this morning.

You mean you want a user interface for the model? If you set up some parameters and manage them under Model > Model Properties > Parameters, when double click on the model that you built, there will a user interface similar to other existing toolbox.

Hey Hector, Have you tried the Eliminate tool? It is supposed to close the slivers between polygons. I also found this post here with methods that could be useful for your situation. Hope this helps!

I think it is an actual story map than a template that you are looking for.

Agree with above, this is still a very broad topic... If traffic volume dataset is available, maybe creating a service area would help.

Hi Hannah, Hope you have this solved already. If not, I think it could work if you convert the swm to table, then join the table back to your data, and change the symbology based on the weights.

In addition to the find identical points idea above, Collect Events tool may be helpful in this situation since it is useful on incident points that share the exact same XY location. Basically in the output feature class there will be a new field documenting how many points are overlapping at that location. In your case, if the purpose is to identify where there are more than 20 points, select that query in the output feature class, make that selection a separate layer, then use Select by Location where your original point data are identical to the selection set.

I think one of the approach to make it easier to understand arcpy workflow is to build it in ModelBuilder first, then export the model into python script. That may give an idea of how the script can be structured. Overall it sounds like a data driven page problem. See this post. Hope this helps...

David, This rule is absolutely useful for whoever interested in the CompleteStreet Rule. I am glad that you made a smart move to make data preparation easier on the GIS side. I can definitely see the potential of this package being used together with data driven pages, high-speed super computing, etc. You might have just offered a method that we can apply to link other rules and their data easier. This package could have the potential to become a template that populate the exact attributes needed in the rules. Just a thought. Great job!

Tianfang, Try to create a height attribute in the rule file and assign it a random value. Then take a look at this: http://cehelp.esri.com/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.procedural.cityengine.help/html/manual/attrmap/conneditor.html -Leilei
