I'm curious if you were able to figure this out. I'm needing to do almost exactly the same thing.

Mine has been doing this too (version 2.8). I sent an error report and the feedback I got was to upgrade to 3.0. I haven't done that yet, so don't know if it's a fix or not.

I received this workaround from esri, and they also have logged a defect as they were able to reproduce the problem. Navigate to Location settings > select the settings for the integrated provider > select Information > press and hold on the "Information" title > enable "Use Google Play Location API" as the location provider type.

Thanks for the reply, good to know we're not the only ones! One of our forestry techs found this site https://apkpure.com/arcgis-survey123/com.esri.survey123 It looks a little sketchy, but he was able to install the 3.14.255 version and it worked. His only warning was to "be careful what you click on that site" 😬 Please let me know if you get a response to your bug report, or if you figure this out. Thanks!

We are using Survey123 on Trimble TDC600 devices running Android 10 (build number TDC600_2.53.19.41). It appears that the latest update to the Survey123 app (3.15.151) can't communicate with the GPS services on these devices. The app was uninstalled and an older version (3.14.255) was installed, which fixed the problem temporarily. Is there a way to get the current version working? Or to make sure any future updates will not have the same problem? We are not having any problems with any other devices, just the Trimbles. Thanks

I have a web map set up that contains a Survey123 fieldworker feature class, so as surveys get submitted the points should show up on the web map. This worked initially with the first 4 points from one user, but then 2 additional surveys were submitted by a different user and those points only show up in Map Viewer Classic but not the new Map Viewer. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Edited to add: I have discovered that the new points only show up in Map Viewer Classic if I am signed in, but if I've signed out only the original points show.

This has been an issue for some time, and I've seen it discussed here several times, but this post discusses some of the "solutions". Seems you either have to disable some anti-virus software or just try pressing random keys on the keyboard. Personally, I'm not able to disable software on my work computer so it's come down to random keys for me. Not much of a fix, but sometimes it works. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/explore-tool-stuck-again/m-p/299000#M12999

This is a common occurrence for me and my coworkers. It happens to us both in Pro and Desktop. I don't believe it's actually a mouse issue, but the software gets stuck on a tool. The pointer can still be moved around with the mouse but you can't click on anything because it's stuck on the zoom tool, or whatever tool you happened to be using at the time. Sometimes closing down and opening back up works, sometimes not. Most of the answers on this forum have something to do with disabling anti-virus software, but that's not something I've ever attempted as I don't have control over that sort of thing on a work computer, and I don't think my IT department would be too happy with doing that. Another thing that has been suggested, and has worked sometimes for me, is randomly pressing different letters on the keyboard. Sometimes it's the letter C, sometimes it's a different letter. Sounds crazy, but it can work. Sorry this is such a long, non-specific answer but I just wanted to let you know you're not alone and it's probably not your mouse!

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2 to create an orthomosaic of scanned aerial imagery and have run into some issues with computing fiducials. First, when I was in the Refine Interior Orientation pane to compute fiducials, only some of the images were showing up in the pane. There were red X's in the locations of the fiducial marks, but no image. They were all showing in the correct location within the project. So I closed out the pane to go looking for answers, which brings me to my next issue... When I go back into the project I can't re-open the Refine Interior Orientation pane. The button in the ribbon is greyed out. Is there a way to get back into the pane once you close it out? Any help with either of these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
