@KoryKramer , it is very similar here. We have integration with our AD with our Portals and with AGOL, however, the logins are slightly different between AGOL and the Portal and the users do not understand how to distinguish between the two.

It would be great if we could customize the sign in information for ArcPro. Our organization, for example, have our ArcPro licensing through our AGOL. However, we also have 3 Enterprise Portals used for various content. We frequently have ArcPro users who get confused once thier session has singed out, which login to use. They often end up locking thier accounts while trying to figure it out.

I have checked with our SA, and they said that they "I don't see anything blocking them. I also don't see any traffic to those servers over ports 45671 and 45672". I have also entered in a case with ESRI

@KevinHibma or @ReeseFacendini , we recently upgraded both of our Enterprise portals, 1. from 10.9.1 to 11.0 and 2. from 11.1 to 11.2. After the upgrades we installed all patches. But we see this on both. The 11.0 ArcGIS server (Hosting) is seeing this error every minute while the 11.2 ArcGIS server log is showing it hourly. Any suggestions?

I have an update: we discovered our security team had gone in and made some changes to the TLS settings on the actual server. When compared to the portaladmin TLS info, there were several additional ciphers added on the server side. When we rolled back to a backup from before the TLS changes, the portal reverted back to working. We will be working to slowly make the TLS changes one at a time to see which ones impacted the portal.

Hi, I have 11.1 Enterprise Builder. Per this support article (https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/how-to-determine-the-arcgis-enterprise-core-license-num-000027856#:~:text=ArcGIS%20Enterprise%20is%20licensed%20by%20the%20number%20of,cores%2C%20four%20additional%20core%20licenses%20can%20be%20obtained.) the ArcGIS server is licensed for 4 cores. Since this is all on one machine (Enterprise Builder), how can I have additional core allocated to, say the Portal component, 4 cores or more....? My thinking, an 8+ core server would be fine as long as 4 core is for the ArcGIS server. Any documentation or information would be helpful for specifically the Enterprise Builder use case.
