On October 7th, 2025, Esri experts Craig Greene and Paulina Karkauskaite demonstrated how to reduce the resource strain caused by the requirement to produce both S-57 and S-100 standard-compliant products for the next several years, until S-57 is fully retired. By leveraging ArcGIS to produce both S-101 and S-57 datasets using dual-fuel technology, you can generate both products from a single set of features. We now have the recording available for you to review. In addition, here are the answers to all the questions that were submitted during the webinar. 1. Is ArcGIS data format certified or signed off by IHO as meeting the IHO S-100 standards? ArcGIS generates IHO-based formats, which conform to the IHO S-100 standards. 2. Can I store both schemas S-101 and S-124 in one database? The ability to store multiple S-100 specifications in a single schema is part of the ArcGIS roadmap. 3. Do you have a timeline for similar tools for 401/402 products? You can currently build a geodatabase from the feature catalogue and edit features. The ability to export to 401 and 402 will come in a future release. 4. Is there any kind of multi-user editorial workflow available? Yes. ArcGIS supports PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Oracle multi-user environments. You can also support disconnected use cases with database replication, which allows you to extract data from the multi-user environment to a local file database to support contractors or work-from-home scenarios. Here are some additional resources on multi-user editing: A presentation on Enterprise Geodatabase concepts and multi-user editing with ArcGIS Maritime: https://mediaspace.esri.com/media/t/1_iczx0mu9/238781233 A presentation on disconnected use cases with database replication: https://mediaspace.esri.com/media/t/1_c5tmzmxh 5. Will there be support for creating S-128? Support for S-128 Catalogue of Products is part of the ArcGIS roadmap. We are working with customers to understand their specific use cases, given S-128 has some requirements that are unique from other S-100 products. 6. With the new user licensing scheme, I would like to know which user is associated with the ArcGIS Maritime and ArcGIS Bathymetry extensions? ArcGIS Maritime and ArcGIS Bathymetry extensions require either a Professional or Professional Plus user type. If your organization uses other extensions like ArcGIS Data Reviewer, ArcGIS Workflow Manager, and ArcGIS 3D Analyst, then it may be beneficial to acquire a Professional Plus user type as it includes most of the ArcGIS Pro extensions. 7. Does S-102 support metadata within the dataset? Yes. It is not required to add the S-102 metadata to your mosaic datasets, which are the input to the S-102. However, we provide the Add S-102 Fields tool that adds the S-102 metadata to the database, so that when you generate an S-102, the metadata is included. 8. Was the dual fuel database revised from previous version, which had some issues where backwards conversion was dropping essential objects? Yes. And we continue to improve the S-101 to S-57 conversion process. In ArcGIS Pro 3.6, which will be released soon, we have implemented most of the IHO S-65 Annex C conversion guidance. This significantly improves the quality of the S-57 datasets that are generated from S-101. The remainder of IHO S-65 Annex C will be implemented in the next release of ArcGIS Pro in Q2 2026. 9. Is Esri going to support S-125 AtNs and S-128 Product catalog in an upcoming version? Yes, we plan to support the generation of S-125 datasets in the Q2 2026 release of ArcGIS Pro. Please refer to the response to question #5 regarding support for S-128. 10. Does the dual fuel database support multiple S-57 and S-101 products that do not have the same coverage. Yes. The database does support this. We recommend that you have the same coverage for both the S-57 and S-101 products. The reason is that, if you are editing features in an S-101 product and you have different S-57 product footprints, then you need to understand which S-57 products are impacted. If the footprints are the same for S-101 and S-57, it simplifies this process. 11. Is the database compatible with 20 ENCs? Or should we set up separate DBs for different scale bands and cells? The S-101 enterprise database stores all datasets across all scale bands and all products. The export tool determines which data is extracted based on the product footprint and metadata. 12. What information is requested by software for digital signature procedures? The authentication of exchange set data is handled by the inclusion of a digital signature. This digital signature is created using a certificate issued by IHO, or an intermediate certificate that references the IHO root certificate. Your identifying details and certificate paths are managed by the AgencyDetails.xml file. This XML must be appropriately configured for signed exchange sets to be created with the editor. To set up for Signing through Direct certificate (data server), AgencyDetails.xml must be configured to point to certificate and key. To set up for Signing through Intermediate certificate (domain coordinator), AgencyDetails.xml must be configured to point to certificate and key, as well as the domain coordinator certificate (ancestorCertificate path). Any configured certificate can be a file that is either PEM or DER encoded. The software verifies that the configured certificates are authenticated at the root level by the IHO certificate at the time of signing. 13. Is the S-124 product creation multiuser based? Yes, it is. All products support a multi-user editing environment, meaning multiple users can edit S-124, S-101, and S-57. They're also available as single standalone file databases. 14. What are the benefits of ArcGIS? ArcGIS is a complete GIS system. As part of this ecosystem, you can manage, produce, and share maritime data formats. For example, you can manage vast archives of bathymetric data and because it's a GIS you can do analysis with the survey data to determine how much sedimentation has occurred between two periods or do volume calculations to discover how much dredging is needed. You can also create seamless surfaces of survey data that have different resolutions and different formats. ArcGIS also supports a wide range of vector formats that are used in mapping and charting and GIS operations. Products like ArcGIS Bathymetry and ArcGIS Maritime allow you to import, edit, update, and export to generate maritime industry standard data and formats. These products contain specialized tools to support the maintenance of this data. ArcGIS does not just provide tools for chart production. ArcGIS Enterprise allows you to share data as part of your marine spatial data infrastructure (MSDI). You can publish and share bathymetric and ENC data with internal or external stakeholders to support shore-based voyage planning, provide a common operating picture, situational awareness, or even the production of printed products directly from your ENC data. 15. Does the S-101 database have any S-57-specific features in it? No, there are no S-57-specific features in the database. Only a few tables get added to the S-101 database to store the S-57 footprints and the S-57 product metadata. 15. Does the exchange set tool have to use Esri exchange sets to bundle sign and encrypt? No, you can pass any exchange sets into the tool and sign and encrypt those exchange sets using that tool. Meaning, those exchange sets could come from other organizations or from other software applications that you're generating those exchange sets with. Our recent webinar "Automating Paper Chart Production: Insights from Shom" explored the automation capabilities of the Custom Chart Builder (CCB) tool in ArcGIS Maritime. CCB is a web-based application that enables you to generate hard-copy navigational chart products in real time directly from the most up-to-date electronic navigational chart (ENC) data. Joining Esri were representatives from Shom, the French hydrographic office, who shared their experience with CCB. They discussed the reasons behind their adoption of the tool, the setup and configuration process, and how they use CCB to streamline paper chart production. Watch the recording. Thank you to our attendees for making this webinar a success! In this blog, we'll dive into the questions received during the live webinar and provide responses. Answers were contributed by: Patricia Sheatsley, Esri Craig Greene, Esri Hugo Chonavel, Shom Question 1: Can I enter the coordinates to print the chart? There are two options for creating chart extents: Select a pre-defined area of interest Insert a custom area of interest. Based on the size sheet of paper and the scale, an area feature representing the extent will be inserted in the web map. Currently, there is no method for entering coordinates. Using scale and page size as inputs means that you cannot choose custom coordinates. Question 2: If I have to print an updated letter, is the exported file modifiable with just that change? Yes. You can export updated charts as soon as there are updates to the ENC, and the updates from the ENC will be reflected in the chart. Question 3: In the placement of text labels, which is one of the biggest cartographic inputs, traditionally, is there an option for manual adjustment of the labels on the paper chart output (and retain the manually adjusted position of the text label for future charts) or does the source data for the chart need to be updated to drive the text label position, through the automation algorithms? You can control text placement by configuring default offset in x and y from and also placement preferences. Additionally, text will automatically deconflict based on priority. Question 4: Does Custom Chart Builder have chart properties for the global ocean? Or any specific area? ArcGIS Online and The Esri Living Atlas have hundreds of bathymetric datasets that you can freely leverage in your maps and charts. You can also create and publish your own local bathymetric data and add that to the output. Question 5: How does Shom’s customization of the Custom Chart Builder (e.g., LUA configuration and adaptation to S-4 standards) improve the accuracy and usability of automated paper charts compared to the standard S-52 portrayal? Shom’s customization of the Custom Chart Builder improves the usability of automated paper charts compared to the standard S-52 portrayal for several reasons: The graphics are based on the S-4 rules and are therefore better suited to paper visualization than the standard S-52 portrayal. The modification of symbols and colors also provides a more user-friendly presentation for mariners. The customization allows for a wider variety of symbols, enabling a more detailed depiction of features than a “simple” screenshot from an ECDIS. Significant work has been done on text management to display information useful to mariners without overloading the chart. Particular attention has been paid to text placement so that labels are positioned close to their associated features. Question 6: Given Shom’s strategic vision for full automation by 2025, what role do additional tools (like GetNotasCCB, MontageShomCCB, and CorrCCB) play in overcoming limitations of the base ESRI CCB, especially in chart updates and mariner usability? GetNotasCCB and MontageShomCCB make it possible to supplement the paper chart representation generated by the CCB with additional elements that are present in Shom’s current paper charts and are necessary for mariners: GetNotasCCB recreates the Notas from the ENC information. MontageShomCCB enables the display of complementary information such as the tide levels table, tidal streams table, situation diagram, edition number, correction number, and other contextual chart information. With the CCB, it is easy to create a new edition when the ENC is updated, but there is no built-in way to identify the resulting changes on the corresponding paper chart. CorrCCB addresses this by comparing two versions of CCB paper charts and then automatically creates the blocks or tracings that show the chart updates. Question 7: Does CCB work on desktop versions? Custom Chart Builder is a web application. However, the ENC web services can be added to ArcGIS Pro. You can also create INT1 paper charts in ArcGIS Pro by importing ENCs into a geodatabase and running the Chart Automation Tool on the database. Question 8: What is the QR code for on the chart? The QR code is a link to the notice to mariners. Question 9: Can you share how CCB is licensed? You'll need ArcGIS Server and the ArcGIS Maritime extension to ArcGIS Server with Standard or Advanced. You'll also need ArcGIS Pro Standard for managing the templates that are used. For example, if you want to customize the template, you need to open the template in Pro and make your customizations. Question 10: We still struggle with automation of the rendering of paper charts for different scales. Consistent generalization of coastlines / depth lines / etc. is a problem. How did you solve it for on-demand map creation via CCB? Custom Chart Builder does not automatically generalize data. If there are edge-matching issues in your electronic chart data, that will be present in the output paper chart. Question 11: How is the progress in S10x ENC / data integration in Esri’s ecosystem? Esri currently supports visualizing, importing, and creating S-100 products. More support is being added in every release. Question 12: Can I add data which are not from the CCB Server? Yes. There are a variety of ways you can add data to Custom Chart Builder. You can add data and services from ArcGIS Online or the Living Atlas. You can create and add your own web map services (from your own survey or topographic data, for example). You can add data from your desktop. You can add data to the default Pro templates so that it is present in the chart when it is generated. Question 13: How do I set up ArcGIS Maritime Server extension? Please refer to this documentation page for details. Question 14: I would like to know how FME is use in the automated chart production process. FME is the main tool that we used to develop the additional tools. It is the software that was used to develop GetNotasCCB, MontageShomCCB, CorrCCB, and RepromatsCCB. Question 15: Is any possibility to view the statistics from the downloads of the charts in CCB? ArcGIS Enterprise records various usage statistics for items, users, and groups and reports this information in the ArcGIS Portal website through the Activity Dashboard for ArcGIS app. There you can view usage reports for monitoring your organization. Question 16: Are the CCB charts treated as the official replacement of the regular paper charts in France? Yes, they will be used to replace the actual paper chart and this is part of a wider project where we want to recreate our cartographic databases. When the area corresponding is recreated in our databases, the paper chart will be moved from a traditional paper chart to automated paper chart with the CCB. This starts with the southwest of France. Question 17: Does CCB charts have an overlap between the sheets (cells)? The application chooses the appropriate data based on the scale of the chart that was requested. For example, if you request a 1:20k chart, the application will try to fill the chart extent with Harbour usage band. If there is not enough data from the Harbour usage band to fill the chart extent, the application will choose the next best available scale to fill the gaps. There can be overlap in the same usage band when you have data from two different countries, at which point SCAMIN will determine which data takes priority. Question 18: Is a possibility to overlay bathymetry in S102 v3 in the background? Yes. S-102 is supported in ArcGIS and you can publish Image Services or Elevation Services from S-102, which can then be added to the web map. Question 19: Can you manage the order of additional layers in CCB? Yes, you can move layers up or down, control the transparency, and turn sub-layers on or off (like the Land Area content in an ENC, for example). Question 20: Is it possible to use multiple ENCs from different producing nations when using CBB to produce a single paper chart? Yes. If there is overlap in the same usage band (Harbour, Approach, Coastal, e.g.) SCAMIN will determine which chart data is displayed in the printed chart. Question 21: Is it possible to display subpanels on the main chart just like the traditional paper chart? Yes. However, you will need to create a specific template for each unique layout. And, although you only have to create each unique template once, the more unique layouts you have, the more chart templates you will need to manage. Question 22: Can you support sheets of plans or multi-panel charts or charts with non-rectangular areas of interest? Yes, it can support sheets of plans. In that case, you're striking a balance between full automation and having a single set of templates. If you just have rectangular charts that are a single plan, then you only need to have one template and it can be reused for all the charts. If you have want to have charts that have sheets of plans, then you'd have to have a custom template or build a specific template for that chart. So, the answer is that it's possible. However, you get the most out of the automation if you go with just a simple grid of portrait and landscape products. Question 23: Has there been any consideration for creating historic types of charts for example mapping historic sunken ships? This is not planned for currently.

Recently, we hosted a live webinar that discussed how integrating Address Data Management solution with ArcGIS Roads and Highways can transform government operations. Thank you for your interest in this topic and for engaging with us by responding to our polls and exit survey as well as by submitting 50 questions! During the webinar, we demonstrated how unified centerline management can streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance decision-making. We also outlined the key benefits of this integration, such as being able to manage data in an authoritative repository and ability to comply with standards like NextGen (NG) 911. This webinar is essential for public works, planning, land records, 911 coordinators, and GIS professionals looking to optimize their address and road data management processes. If you missed it or would like to re-watch, the recording is now available. As we couldn't get through all the questions submitted during the webinar, we have curated the answers and categorized them into topics for you below. Address Data Management solution-related: 1. How do I get a copy of the Address Data Management solution? The Address Data Management solution is a free ArcGIS Solutions template that you can download. 2. Does the Address Data Management solution offer rules-based validation processes to remediate data anomalies? Yes, the solution comes with some pre-configured calculation attribute rules that support quality assurance when editing as well as validation attribute rules to find common addressing errors. 3. Can the solution be configured to support multiple editors from various agencies within a region each on separate Esri License Agreements? We have seen some regional address authorities host the solution and provide users to other agencies, such as municipalities inside a county to edit their addresses. To edit the branch-versioned service that is used in the solution, all users will need to be in the same portal. 4. Is there a web-based version for address maintenance? Not yet, but we are exploring using the new ArcGIS Web Editor app as the client for editing the address service in the browser. Much of the functionality is already there, but you can't do everything yet that you can do in ArcGIS Pro. 5. Is "Geo-Fencing" a function in the solution that allows editors from various agencies to edit in their own instance but provide their data to a regional repository? Yes, there are a couple ways to do this, but we have seen a regional authority host the solution and service and have local agencies connect and edit their addresses. 6. Are the validation rules consistent with the National Emergency Numbering Association recommendations for SAPs and RCL? There are some rules that align with NENA's recommendations, but it does not cover them all. 7. Can validations be run on the entire dataset to produce anomaly feature classes to identify all SAPs and RCLs the require remediation? This in an important feature as part of the NG911 submission process. Yes, validation can either be run on the visible extent or on the entire dataset to identify errors in the site address point or road centerlines. 8. Can the attribute table be configured to match the NENA schema for NG911 roads and addresses? The solution comes with all the required and many of the recommended fields from the NENA NG911 content guidelines. You are welcome to add additional fields to meet your needs. 9. When editing, can the addresses be added first and then draw in the centerline? There seems to be redundant editing steps. It is possible to add the site addresses first and then create the road centerlines, but the Address Data Management solution will not update the road centerline range based on the site addresses. The solution has been designed to automate the editing workflows by first adding the road centerline and then adding the site address points. 10. Is it possible for Esri to create a solution specifically for Emergency Communications and Public Safety that follow NENA standards for roads and addresses? I can see utilizing the workflows and Location Referencing but it is a lot to configure for 911 purposes. The solution comes with all the required and many of the recommend fields from the NENA NG911 content guidelines. Some of our users who implement this solution add additional fields to meet their needs. We also understand that 911 is one of the many use cases for addresses within an organization and have added additional fields and workflows in consideration of this. 11. Single family home subdivisions are often used for centerline demonstrations, but we know that things can get much more complicated than that: business parks, malls, condos and apartments, streets with aliases and popular nicknames, and so forth. Do these tools handle such exceptions? The solution expects a unique site address for every addressable location. This includes business parks, malls, condos and apartments. The data model supports providing unit information to uniquely identify each site address. 12. Can rules be created to guide the address range updates according to existing address point locations? This is common request we have heard and are looking at a future enhancement to support this workflow. 13. How do you handle assigning multiple possible lot addresses when parcels front on different roads? You can always update the road name when creating the site address, the tool just attempts to give you a good starting point, but this can always be overridden. 14. Is it possible to have 2 different address points in 1 lot? Yes, it is. Each addressable location should be its own point. 15. Here's a scenario: 2 houses are located on right side of a road centerline with 1 closer to the road and the other right behind but they happen to align perfectly to e.g 102, what is the best to do this where we can have unique number for each? The tools attempt to give you a good starting address number based on the location along the road centerline. You can always change the number to what it should actually be if it doesn't give you the correct address number. 16. How do you work address points when lots get split out? Do you have a suggestion on keeping them inhouse until permits are pulled showing site plans with access? We have seen it done both ways, it has varied based on what organizations want to do. The site addresses have a status field on them that can be used to define to give you more control on this as well. 17. So, multi point per parcel is available? Yes, there is not explicit relationship in the solution between parcels and address points. Each addressable location should be its own point. 18. Is Chris actually creating the situs address as he creates the roads? Yes, Chris' demo showed this. Some organizations may have different users or departments managing the centerlines and site addresses. Some do both at the same time. 19. Does the address data management solution work with traditional versioning in SDE? The Address Data Management solution can work with traditional versioning. However, you will need to remove all the validation rules from the feature classes delivered in the solution. Because validation rules in enterprise databases can only be applied and used with branch versioning. Note: Validation rules are the rules that allow you to check for common errors in your site address points and road centerlines. 20. Any best practices if an organization uses building footprint? Can we replace the address points with polygons? You could certainly add your building footprint layer to the ArcGIS Pro Project that comes with the Address Data Management solution and use the standard editing tools to edit/update the building footprints. You could continue to leverage the tools and attribute rules to manage your road centerlines and address ranges. However, it would take a lot of customization to add similar attribute rules to the footprints polygon feature class to automate the populating of address information during editing. 21. Would it be possible to add a "Starting Address Number" to the tool that creates multiple addresses along a road? Rather than guessing where to put the first point, you could just enter "100" as the starting point and set the increment to "8". Yes, this is an enhancement we are planning to add in a future release. It is a minor change to the attribute rule to add this ability. 22. As a newcomer to maintaining road/address data in GIS, could you explain why there is a master road name table and you also enter the road name manually on the street centerline? Why not use a relationship class and add the road name global id? This could definitely be possible, but you lose some things by not having the road name on the segment itself, for example labeling or showing a pop-up. So we felt it was best to store the name on the centerline itself. ArcGIS Roads and Highways product-related: 1. What’s the difference between Roads and Highways and linear referencing tools in ArcGIS? Linear referencing tools in ArcGIS and within the Roads and Highways extension both work with measures and provide the ability to manage your data using this dimension. Both allow you to create routes, inspect data, visualize event data, and perform basic analysis. Adopting Roads and Highways provides a variety of additional capabilities. These include additional route editing tools for common road-related workflows, event behaviors to automatically update events, robust event editing tools in Pro and the web, multiple linear referencing method support, time awareness to analyze changes over time, additional analysis and reporting capabilities, and persisted shapes within feature classes allowing route and event data to be used throughout ArcGIS, such as in Experience Builder, Field Maps, and other web experiences. Read the blog. 2. Do I need a license to use ArcGIS Roads and Highways? ArcGIS Roads and Highways is an extension to ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise. The extension for ArcGIS Pro is an add-on to a Professional or Professional Plus user type. The extension for ArcGIS Enterprise is a CPU-based license that is supported on Standard and Advanced versions of ArcGIS Server. 3. How do I access the widgets that were shown during Eric’s demo? The location referencing widgets used for finding routes and adding events were released with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3. The straight-line diagram that Eric showed in the demo is based on the Dynamic Segmentation widget that was released with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. 4. This edits to a plat -- What about editing to an orthographic image? Secondly, how would this work against a current road centerline geodatabase. Editing on an orthographic image would be the same as editing on a plat. You can append your existing centerlines to the workflow. 5. Is Roads and Highways available now? ArcGIS Roads and Highways has been available in ArcGIS Pro since version 2.6 along with corresponding Enterprise version 10.8.1. 6. Is an event being stored in a relate one to many situation or another type of database tool? One to many. 7. Can the linear referencing be opened to a left side street characteristics vs right side characteristics? Yes, you can model business characteristics on an event as left and right side. 8. Can road sign speed limit locations be used to create events for route speed limits? Yes, you can locate events via route and measure, coordinates, or as an offset from other point features such as signs. 9. Can polygon edges be used to create event locations? This feature is something we’re interested in building in a future release. 10. Can the routes be exported using the LRS information to create a segmented centerline for special applications? Yes, you can dynamically segment the centerlines and events to create a combined output of all road attributes using the Overlay Events geoprocessing tool in Roads and Highways. 11. This demo has the data tables already created. If I'm getting a new subdivision map from planning, how easy is it to create the table data in order to use the linear referencing tools? If you are interested in learning more about implementing ArcGIS Roads and Highways, please reach out to us or check out our fundamentals training course. 12. How would this solution interact with an existing asset management solution from a third party that consumes features based on their distinct IDs? ArcGIS Roads and Highways supports integration with third-party systems such as asset management solutions. You can learn more about integration patterns here. 13. Are the event layers only available on enterprise? LRS Events are feature classes within the geodatabase. They’re represented as layers within maps and services in ArcGIS Enterprise for query, editing, and analysis. 14. Can you explain again what events are? What do they represent in real world? Events are road characteristics and assets associated with the road. You can model any business attributes you want as events. 15. Can you set up events for your own layers outside of this solution? Yes, you choose what events and attributes are in your LRS network. Integration of Address Data Management and ArcGIS Roads and Highways-related: 1. How do I use my data in this combined model you showed? The Address Data Management solution and ArcGIS Roads and Highways provide information models out of the box that align to reduce data duplication. The Address Data Management Solution download includes a geodatabase with all feature classes and tables needed. Roads and Highways feature classes and tables can be configured into the same geodatabase using geoprocessing tools. 2. Does this solution need to be deployed to Enterprise/Portal or can it be deployed to AGOL and managed/edited through Pro? The integration of the Address Data Management solution and ArcGIS Roads and Highways is supported on ArcGIS Enterprise, with data management workflows supported in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Experience Builder. 3. Can you show what the database looks like for this feature? You can learn more about the schema for Roads and Highways from this page and in the data dictionary file for the Address Data Management download. 4. Why would you use file geodatabase to load instead of edit branch version directly? Many users utilize file geodatabase to load data for initial deployment. For transactional editing, users should move data into a branch versioned enterprise geodatabase and utilize services for editing. 5. Does the app have a fishboning feature that visually shows address point misalignments? A fishbone diagram for visual QC is a feature we're looking to build in a future release. 6. Which license type is used to perform these edits? The Address Data Management solution requires a Professional user type. ArcGIS Roads and Highways is an extension to ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise. The Roads and Highways extension for ArcGIS Pro is an add-on to a Professional or Professional Plus user type. The Roads and Highways extension for ArcGIS Enterprise is a CPU-based license that is supported on Standard and Advanced versions of ArcGIS Server. 7. And are any extensions deployed? ArcGIS Roads and Highways is an extension to ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise that is deployed for this demo. 8. Are these different experience builder apps, or one app configured for different workflows? There are two template apps for linear referencing in ArcGIS Experience Builder. You could use those as-is or customize them, or start from scratch and create your own apps with any of the linear referencing widgets. 9. What data sources can be used; AGOL, Portal, ArcGIS SDE, ArcGIS Server? The feature classes and tables that are part of Address Data Management and Roads and Highways are stored within a geodatabase. Those layers can be added to maps and published as services using ArcGIS Enterprise for query, editing, and analysis. 10. What versions of ArcGIS Pro is this available? This integration is available at ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 or later releases. 11. Does the location referencing tool restrict you to what's on the Master Road Name table in the same way it does for the Address Management Solution? The location referencing tools don't have the same restriction as you saw with the Master Road Name table. However, you could configure the route identifiers with domains and attribute rules to put restrictions based on your business rules. 12. Can this solution connect to existing street centerline fields or would I need to use a new feature class to populate the solution fields from my existing street centerline? You can append your existing data to the Solution using the Tasks in the ArcGIS Pro project template that is included. 13. Is the data model similar to Parcel Fabric? Address Data Management and Roads and Highways have their own schemas that can be configured to work together. Like the Parcel Fabric, all three use geodatabase concepts like feature datasets and take advantage of branch versioning and services for editing. 14. How could this effect geocoding addresses with locators addressing historical name and new names of streets? This workflow should not impact that process. Resources Learn more about the integration of Address Data Management and ArcGIS Roads and Highways. Submit the form if you'd like to have a discussion around how this can work for your organization.
