I am tasked with processing satellite images (4000) and need to convert zero values to nodata. I figured that the con isnull function would be the best. I have worked on this script taking bits and pieces from various scripts I use and/or found online. I get this error "Cellsize or analysis window are not set" If anyone could help that would be great. Below is the script I am working with in 9.3 # Import system modules import sys, csv, time, calendar, datetime, string, os, arcgisscripting # from datetime import date, timedelta # Create the Geoprocessor object gp = arcgisscripting.create() gp.SetProduct("ArcView") gp.CheckOutExtension("Spatial") # Load required toolboxes... gp.AddToolbox("C:/Program Files (x86)/ArcGIS/ArcToolbox/Toolboxes/Spatial Analyst Tools.tbx") #Set the input workspace gp.workspace = "C://Users//GIS Specialist//Desktop//SUMD//By Hour//00_15" #GP.AddMessage(str(GP.workspace)) #Set the output workspace outworkspace = "C://Users//GIS Specialist//Desktop//SUMD//Processed By Hour//00_15" #Get a list of the featureclasses in the input folder rasters = gp.ListRasters() #Reset the enumeration to make sure the first object is returned rasters.Reset() #Loop through the list of feature classes raster = rasters.Next() while rasters: #expression for the reclass where nodata is reclassed to 0 expression = "con(isnull(" + raster + "), 0, " + raster + ")" #name and location of the raster output outputRaster = outworkspace + "/" + raster gp.SingleOutputMapAlgebra_sa(expression, outputRaster) raster = rasters.Next()

Hi, I have an output that has 400000+ features in the polygon and I need to find the areas that have a certain size. I have noticed that the polygons that are adjacent/connected to each other are different features in the shapefile and I would like to merge the features that are connected to one and other. The output has various polygons that were merged together. Areas appear to be connect but when selected 10 features make up 1 large area that appears to be connected. Any help would be great. Thanks

I recently installed 9.3.1 on a new computer and when I try to open any .mxd the documents comes in blank and untitled. I have tried to open work from yesterday as well as .mxds from previous projects saved on the network, but the map still loads blank and untitled. Any help with this would be great. Thanks Chad

I am trying to find a python script that I can use to georeference multiple rasters using a table of georeference points. I georeferenced one image and have the point table and would like to be able to reference the remaining images using the point table. Any help would be great. Thanks

I am looking at georeferencing multiple images for the same location. I have georeferenced an image and exported the world file to try and use the world fiie with a different images, because the images are the exact same just from a different time. When I rename the .tfw file to use with the other images, the images does not reference. If anyone would have any knowledge as to why the .tfw will not work with other images that would be great. Or using a script to loop through the images and georeference the images using a saved link table? I am not sure if that can be done?? Any help would be great.
