Joe, Thanks for reply. The Folder I am working on is already a part of my project and the target database is in the folder. I logged off Windows and logged in again to refresh everything. The Delete option is still deactivate, though. There is a thing! I am using my organization enterprise ArcGIS account and this problem maybe has something to do with the account administrate. I guess I should discuss this issue with our GIS department.

Dan, Thanks for reply. Before, I tried to delete the geodatabase based on the instructions in "Manage geodatabase locks" document, but it didn't work. It doesn't sounds normal, but previously I didn't have this "Property" option in my geodatabase right click menu! I still don't have "Connections" option, too. In answer to your question, No, I changed the folder name in Catalog Tree, when Windows explorer was closed. I restarted Window, still no luck.

Adam, Yes, I published it, then I removed the published files from my account and deleted the downloaded transcript in my devices which actually was used for collecting data. So, as you said correctly, the original files of the survey- including the TIMEINFO file, were still on drive C, because I didn't want to miss the survey. what I did to fix the problem was to make a copy of the survey under a new name, and published this new one and deleting the original Form 3 from my PC.

Problem solved! Just in case it helps other people who have same problem, I made another copy with a new name and published it on my organization ArcGIS online account.

Hi James. Thanks for the fast reply. This is the first error message that I get. When I accept the " I Understand that the...", and hit Publish Survey button, I get another one I just made a copy of the survey in my organization account and published it on my personal account

I have same problem. I published my Survy123 and it worked on my cellphone. On the PC though, it had problem with a phone number item. I delete the Survey from my account, remove the phone number mask and tried to publish it again, but it keeps showing me the error message above. I validate the Survey, removed it from all of my devices, logged out and logged in to my computer, non of the helped. does anyone have any suggestion for me? Thanks

Hi, I would like to have the location data of each collected feature in my Survey123 as a part of unique ID for that feature, without using an external table or a datasheet. I already combined "date and time" and zipcode which works good, but I prefer Survey123 produce the unique ID automatically by adding 3 digits of lat/Long data to the Date and Time and show it as a read only "note". Does anybody have any Idea? Thanks
