All was going great with our AGE to AGOL (one-way) collaboration. Lots of data out to AGOL without issue until the edits started. We discovered that when we made changes to the enterprise featureclasses they weren't replicating to AGOL. They showed up in the AGE services but nothing was getting picked up and sent through to AGOL. We raised a case with ESRI(UK) and eventually they closed it citing BUG-000164335: Feature service edits are not synchronized when the guest in a distributed collaboration has a multi-machine deployment architecture. This is an 11.1 specific issue and apparently is resolved at 11.3 but my experience with multi-machine in-situ upgrades is not good. This took around 3 months, multiple analysts and hours of screen sharing. At the moment we are updating AGOL as a separate process which we can tolerate in the short term. Longer term we're looking at a new world order where we don't use AGE and only have the EGDB on prem and all web stuff is delivered from AGOL.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I have a very similar situation where we have items in AGOL which are now disconnected from their AGE sources (long sad story of failure!). I haven't been able to find anywhere that this flag is set.

I need to be able to progammatically create Hosted Feaure Layer Views of a number of services which we collaborate to ArcGIS Online. This is to provide a community view of data we hold at Council level. I have found an excellent Python script - https://community.esri.com/t5/gis-life-blog/create-view-from-hosted-feature-layer-and-define/ba-p/898540 - which I have managed to hack to use our own data. This works perfectly when the source item consists of a single layer. However I am completely failing to make it work when the source layer for the view is a sublayer. For example I want to create a community view of the Places theme of our Local Plan Policy areas - https://ren.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=805b7050bcfd4154a6a15f533eae7a52 https://services2.arcgis.com/fq3IIWzrdf1xBoPI/arcgis/rest/services/LDP_ADOPTED_2021/FeatureServer/6 using our Community Council boundaries - ItemID 0382e3a4a2e944858426ddde271211f0 e.g. places = gis.content.get('0382e3a4a2e944858426ddde271211f0').layers[1].query() I just don't seem to be able to find a way to make this work. Any help gratefully received.

I too would like to see additional fonts. Whilst I recognise the 11 presets are a good start our corporate standard (Source Sans Pro) isn't there. We have complete flexibility in the use of colour so it seems strange to limit the choice of font. We are unlikely to get much feedback from users on the choice of font but our Digital Experience folks will have plenty to say about GIS being lone wolves if we can't align to standards.

Since our organisation decided to consolidate all survey activity on to Survey123 we have seen an increase in pressure on our named user accounts in AGOL - we are running out! As many of the new survey only users only carry out surveys infrequently we thought that we could just disable their accounts until they need them again. Unfortunately it is documented (Manage members—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS) that disabled accounts count towards the organisation's total. This seems strange as it means we're paying for something that can't be used. It would make more sense for disabled accounts to not count towards the organisation total.
