I would like to take a graphic which has a 2D polygon for geometry, and apply a PolygonSymbol3D with a FillSymbol3DLayer and have it drape over the underlying topography. I can do this, and it works fine when there is no z value specified for the geometry. But, I would like to raise this polygon above the ground level, but it should still have a draped effect following the contours of the topography below. Does anyone know if this is possible? i am trying to buffer a polygon that has z values with the js api 4.3. The output geometry has all z values set to 0.  I use the geometryEngineAsync | API Reference | ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.3  method. Is it not possible to buffer 3D objects? ... View more

I am trying to create a rendering of a feature with the PolygonSymbol3D/ExtrudeSymbol3DLayer. I can render the feature with a single color, but i would like to be able to render it in multiple colors. Say, the first 100 meters red, then the next 300 meters green, and the last 200 meters blue. I cannot see how this is possible in the api. Does anyone have any idea how i could do that? ... View more

I am am writing a web app builder widget, and i want to re-render a scenelayer coming from my sceneview. I set the renderer on the scenelayer, but nothing happens. I am running awab 2.0. I created a custom widget which has "inPanel" set to false in the manifest.json I have also created a custom theme. In this theme's default layout, there is a config.json. I did not define the custom widget in that json. When i use the builder, i click on the "Set the widgets in this controller", then I am presented with a list of widgets. The custom widget I created is in the list, even though i defined it as "inPanel":false I would expect that the widget would not be in this list, as it is not a panel widget. Is this a bug? ...
