I found this helpful If your organization has configured custom galleries<https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/configure-site.htm>, you may not see these same app templates. In my case I had a custom 3d party app template that I had configured that was causing issues I went to my organization settings and reset the app settings to use defaults and that solved my problem. The widget is buggy. I configure my app using a feature class. It works for a while then next time I open it it does not work. I do it again works for a while then don't work keep giving me "Please configure the URL search source." I have pop-ups and all that as I said it work fine for a while then breaks randomly. ... Put in a ticket to to have your Geodatabase version upgraded your geodatabase version and ArcGIS Enterprise version should match.  ... View more

With respect to editing the enterprise geodatabase version on the web you will be working with the same version that's specified similar to how it is in ArcMap although the web editing tools are quite different. ... View more

Glad I'm not the only one I've used EtGeoWizard has helped me more times than I can count still using it while I'm waiting for funds to get latest version of XTools since the free trial expired. XTools allow you to do this without having to create another file can't understand why ESRI can't make this happen after all these years you would think they would add this to ArcGISPro. We have some of the same issues here with Fire and police jurisdictions especially Fire some of these things break in the middle of a field on a particular property. Finally fixed our issue after a clean install of ArcGIS Server on my desktop and copying the data store profiles to the server. Once in a while we still get the 001369 error publishing error while re-publishing one of the older MXDs again renaming the MXD fixes the problem.
