Yes, thank you for the idea of the visibility ranges.🙏 That is what I used in the end, its a good 'workaround' but it is very frustrating and not ideal.

I need to evaluate shade from terrain specifically for photovoltaic (PV) site selection in Pro. I want to use an existing data from online, like Hillshade or Terrain – Elevation, but I understand that may not be enough. I really don't want to have to run tools. It is just for an initial anaylsis so a visual would be enough. Is Hillshade the correct layer, is there something else?

Please add or adapt a new fitting strategy for scale bars of "Maintain maximum and minimum size but make each division be a round number like 5 or 10 or 0.5". This would be especially helpful when have a map series with a broad range of scales.

Thank you! Great workaround! I never realised there was a visibilty scale for the scale. And now I see it was right in front of me. But I will also write an idea to improve the scale bar to work better in map series.🙏

I've tried every fitting strategy. Nothing works well over a broad range of scales within the map series. Either you get long and short scale bars, or weird numbers that I have no control over. Ive thought of inserting two scale bars for different map scales, turning off and on. But that defeats the idea of the map series, espcially if I set to have all maps made into one pdf automatically all at once. I would love any creative workarounds

Does anyone have a good workaround for getting scale bars to look good across a whole map series. I have found many years worth of questions here about setting the scale bar across a map series with wide range of scales - but no real answers! I dont want maps with tiny short or crazy long scale bars or strange numeric scales😳. I've tried every setting, but nothing works well across a range of scales. HELP!🙏

I also had similar problem. We did not get an error , but at the end of th calculate process, now new data was added.

I have just discovered that ESRI only saves usage data for two years!!! 😢 All the more reason that we absolutely need Google analytics in ALL apps and services. (And start saving reports every so often so that your usage data is not lost forever!)

Is there a way to add the graphics layer to the legend? I know I can draw and write text as if its part of the legend, but I would rather have the graphics show up automatically.

This would be very helpful for us as well. When making several maps\layouts covering a large area the date of the imagery changes and would be great it could be connected to the date on the imagery and refresh as the scale\zoom changes

Is there a way to hide or disable widgets on my published experience builder app? I have several widgets that will only be necessary and working in a few months and I would prefer to just hide them from the end users, instead of deleting them and reconfiguring them at a later date. Is there any way to do this?

Is there any other way to do this without Python or other coding? I am not a developer but really need this tool. Geo Jobe offers it in Pro for a fee, but would appreciate if ESRI would offer for free!
