I had 2 scripts that overwrite services fail and 2 succeed so not sure. When I reran manually, 1 failed again. I logged into Pro, closed it again and then the 2 that failed succeeded. Also updated to 3.7 yesterday.

Another instance where it fails with a message about "not editable" is if you have multiple copies of the layer you're trying to edit in the map. It doesn't matter if they're both marked editable, the error will occur. When I removed the second copy, I was able to use the tool.

@ChrisBuscaglia Any update on this? There are obviously a lot of people using this tool and we're hamstrung without a replacement. Please respond with an update, even if it is that Parcel Drafter won't be replaced so we can attempt to pivot.
