Hello, I am using Survey123 to collect some real-estate data from the field. I'm using repeats to get multiple properties. For example, if a parcel has 2 properties, the consultant can press the "+" button and add second property. But the problem is, there are some calculations in repeat section, when the consultant wants to pass to next property, he can not turn back and edit previous data. Actually, he can but calculation fields are not being updated in that case. I have checked, bind::esri:parameters is equal to calculationMode=always. But still have the same problem. Can someone help me with it? Or advise me what can I do in this case? You can find excel sheet for my survey in the attachments. Thanks.

Hello I am a Survey123 user for over 2 years. We are using the same survey for 1,5 years and there was no problem. Yesterday I realize that there is a repeat field that can not be fit in a group. That field was ok, I don't know the exact time of the problem occurrence. I have tried couple of solutions but couldn't figure it out. Can someone help me with that? Please check screenshots, you will understand me better. Thanks.

I have checked and it seems okay via "https://survey123beta.arcgis.com/". It works correctly for my account and my surveys.

There is no publicly shared form and I did not open up a support ticket, how can I do that? I can not share the form because I can not even enter the settings tabs of it.

I have created some surveys via Survey123 app and using them for almost 2 years. I was using Survey123 website to check records and see them. Today, I have tried to access my survey via Survey123 Website but an error occurred. It says "related feature does not exist or not accessible for this user". I am the survey's owner so it shouldn't be a problem. I also checked "active portal" in Survey123 app it seems okay. I can send records to related survey via Survey123 mobile app. There was no problem in last week. Can someone help me with this as soon as possible. I am running some core process' of my company here, so it's urgent for me. Also, as you can see in "Screenshot_2" I can reach one of the surveys among others. All of them created via Survey123 app, why can I access only this one on the website?

Hello there is a problem with Arcgis Online. "Shape_Area" fields are calculated wrong. When I try the measure area via calculation tool on the toolbar, it is measuring true. I have checked spatial references and other tools but all the time it calculates wrong value. Can someone help me with this?

My excel file is so complicated it has 684 lines but i am sure you can understand the problem from these screenshots. In the first one, "Bina Yapı Belgesi Durumu" is hidden, so other fields are placed on next lines.

Hello Philip, I have an issue with conditional statements. I can use if conditions but the problem is when a field is hidden, the other field which is placed on the next line does not take the place of the hidden field. For example; Situation 1 Situation 2 Field 1 - when field 1 is hidden, field 2 is placed at the second line Field 2 - Field 2 Is there any way to prevent it?

Hello, I have an issue. I am using repeats in my excel form of survey. I have added "allowUpdate=true" field to the form. I can make updates from the mobile application but i can not do that in web. Is there a way to edit existing data in webpage?

I've confronted the same issue. I can not update my survey but when I try to create a new survey and copy-paste previous updated survey, it is working. What should I do? Should I create a new survey at each update? Can someone help me?
