Greetings @GG907, Oops, sorry, I misunderstood your explanation. So, no Object Store, but you do have an unused (empty) Tile Cache Data Store in your 11.3 deployment, correct? You are correct that the Tile Cache Data Store must be removed before upgrading to ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1, and also that the disabledatastore utility is not available in version 11.3. The current documentation assumes the use of 11.4 or 11.5, where that tool is available, and does not explicitly describe how to proceed from 11.3. This is the recommended process. Please check Remove the ArcGIS Data Store tile cache data store from an ArcGIS Enterprise deployment. However, if the Tile Cache Data Store is empty and not in use, it can be removed directly in 11.3 without requiring an intermediate disabledatastore upgrade. In this case, the approach is to unregister the datastore, using the unregisterdatastore utility. This removes the Tile Cache Data Store from the hosting server and detaches it from the ArcGIS Enterprise deployment. After running the command, confirm in ArcGIS Server Manager > Site > Data Stores that the Tile Cache Data Store no longer appears. If the machine was dedicated to the Tile Cache Data Store only, it could be decommissioned, or the Data Store software uninstalled. If it is shared with other datastore types (such as Relational), no further action is required. Once the Tile Cache Data Store is no longer registered, you can proceed with a direct upgrade from 11.3 to 12.1. In conclusion, follow the documented upgrade, which is to upgrade to 11.5 first, run disabledatastore utility, and then upgrade to 12.1. I am assuming this is a base deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, where all components are installed on a single machine. Before proceeding with the upgrade, ensure you have a full system backup or snapshot available so you can revert if necessary. Hope the above is of assistance.

Greetings @GG907, If you have configured the Object Store in 11.3 but have not used it (i.e., it contains no data), I would recommend keeping it in place, as the upgrade to 12.1 will also upgrade the Object Store with the rest of the deployment. If you have content currently stored in the Tile Cache Data Store, you have a couple of options: Upgrade to 11.4 or preferably 11.5, as @GlenterpriseUK described, and then proceed with the upgrade to 12.1; or Export your tile cache content in 11.3 to SLPKs, perform the upgrade to 12.1, and then import the SLPKs into the 12.1 Portal, as described in my previous post. I hope the above helps.

Greetings @KikSiops, There is another alternative to the migration proposed by @GlenterpriseUK that you should consider. This, however, involves rolling back to your 11.3 Dev Environment. When upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 to 12.1, it’s important to account for the removal of the Tile Cache Data Store in 12.1. Any hosted scene layers currently stored there must be migrated to a supported storage mechanism before or as part of the upgrade. I would recommend you export (11.3) the existing scene layers to Scene Layer Packages (SLPKs), and then republish them in the upgraded (12.1) environment. So the steps to follow would be: Export Scene Layers to SLPK. You can do this from the Portal or using ArcGIS Pro. Perform the upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1. Ensure that all required backups (Portal and Data Store) are completed beforehand. Configure the Object Store, the mechanism used by ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1 for storing cached content such as scene layers. Republish scene layers from SLPKs Caveat: The Item IDs for the scene layers will change after republishing, so if existing applications reference these layers, they will need to be updated accordingly. Hope the above is of assistance.

@Fabian_Schroeer Greetings Fabian, No, you have not missed anything. According to the documentation, ArcGIS Pro currently does not allow exporting water flow rate (m³/s) from a flood simulation. While ArcGIS Pro’s flood simulation can display water flow rate in the 3D scene, it still does not provide an export function for that property. The official ArcGIS Pro documentation states that the simulation layer’s symbology can visualise: Water flow rate (m³/s) Water depth (m) Water speed (m/s) but this is specifically for colorizing the display, not exporting rasters or data layers. As you mentioned, one can compute flow rate manually using the formula: Flow Rate (m³/s) = Velocity (m/s) × Cross‑sectional area (m²) ArcGIS Pro exports: Water depth raster Water velocity (U–V vectors) raster These provide everything needed to compute flow rate afterward (in Raster Calculator, Python, or external GIS/hydrology tools). ArcGIS Pro’s flood simulation engine is designed for rapid, GPU‑based shallow water modelling, intended mainly for visual exploration, not full hydraulic engineering outputs. The technical paper and documentation emphasize that many advanced hydraulic outputs are not included by design—this tool is not intended to replace tools like HEC‑RAS or Arc Hydro for detailed flow modelling. I hope the above is of assistance. Muchos saludos,

Greetings All, When I go through the Tutorial in Create an oriented imagery catalog Tutorial, I am getting stuck in step 4. when running the Create Coverage Features GP tool. The tool completes successfully, but no polygons are created. When I view the details, I get the following message: Update Available. Please read... I am using the ArcGIS Pro Addin for ArcGIS Pro 3.3, with ArcGIS Pro 3.3.0. with the Oriented Imagery Classic Management Tools for ArcGIS Pro Version 2.16 (Released February 2024) Is there a new version of the tools, and if so, does anyone know where I could get it from? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Greetings @NR96 Very sorry to have fallen off the radar on this one 😣 However, I am also puzzled that first, it did not work for you and that four weeks later, all of a sudden it started working again. In any case, I am glad things are working again and that you can continue with your lesson projects as before. And my congratulations for persevering and for using this wonderful tool that is ArcGIS Online for teaching the science of Geography and GIS to your students! Good luck in the future.

Greetings @MIGUELANGELLIRAMIJARES Do you get this result off and on with the same shapefile? Are you converting multiple Shapefiles to a Geodatabase? Is the end product an FGDB or EGDB? Are you using the Feature Class To Geodatabase from ArcGIS Pro, if so, what version? I have used the tool in ArcGIS Pro many times but I have not ever experienced what you are seeing. Can you share one of the Shapefiles you are having the issue with? Thank you.

Greetings @JamalNUMAN The red and green markers represent From and To locations when you georeference a raster layer to a referenced layer. See the following video clip that illustrates the process beautifully: Georeferencing in ArcGIS Pro in 5 Minutes: Rubbersheeting The documentation page for Pro 3.1 is Georeference a raster to a referenced layer. I hope the above is of assistance.

Greetings @NR96 I have to admit that I had not attempted to do a join from a hosted feature layer to a table in the past so your query awakened my curiosity. First thing I did is check the documentation and in doing so, I came across the following tutorial: Join Features (Map Viewer) and also a useful tutorial: Join a table to a feature layer in ArcGIS Online. Since I had some data that was perfect to try the above with, I followed the instructions and was rewarded with success. I did find the process of adding the table a bit counter-intuitive though because to add it you have to select "Add layer from file" and through that process, in the step for "Location settings" I had to select "None" to bring the table into the Map Viewer. Once the table was in the Map Viewer Layers list, I used the Analysis > Join Features function, completed the required information, ran the estimate credits tool (0.048) and ran the tool. The result was a new layer with the joined information as part of it. I hope the above helps and resolves your issue.

Greetings @SyedAlAziz24 I order to add the service to your Content page, remove the "SERVICE=WFS" bit from the URL leaving just the "authkey=d3905fdd-cc48-4d19-8960-022b2f8f6c69" as per the capture below: That will allow you to progress to select the layer: and complete the additional steps. Here are the Planning Application points in the Map Viewer: Give that a go and see if it works for you.

An enhancement request to support the "On demand" mode present in the latest versions of ArcGIS Pro now exists for Map Viewer and Map Viewer Classic: ENH-000159850 - "Implement the Connection mode "On Demand" for MapViewer for WFS Services in portal". The Status for the above is "Tech Review Complete" and the Public Status is "In Review", so hopefully, we will see this functionality available in the Map Viewers.

Greetings @MatAzzopardiRWE I have been able to add the WFS to ArcGIS Pro and I also see 1085 features. What makes you think there are 1413? I have also tested the WFS with QGIS 3.34.6-Prizren and it also reports 1085 features. The WMS does work for me in MapViewer: That was using the URL: datamap.gov.wales/capabilities/layer/386/?ows_service=wms Can you give that another go and see if that works for you?
