@JM32 From reading your process you have done everything correctly as it displays correctly in ArcGIS Pro. I am thinking you may need to Refresh the service as in this document. https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/enterprise/refreshservice.htm Additionally, you may need to refresh the REST cache as per this document https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/enterprise-administration/server/handlersrestcacheclear.htm

@JM32 The challenge with a large image cache is that it needs to be continually updated with new image acquisitions so the most recent imagery is always present. This is done by building Mosaic Datasets for the newly acquired imagery. Caching these Mosaic Datasets and then replacing the tiles in the Master cache with the new cache tiles. The process is as follows: Build Mosaic Dataset and add rasters for (Updated areas) Optimise the image footprints to exclude No Data Build Footprints Create Tile Cache using Manage Tile Cache with same Tiling Scheme used previously Append updated Cache to existing cache using Import Tile Cache

@StormwaterAdmin SOme questions for you based on your covergae. 1) When you flew the area dis you have at least 70% image covergae? 2) What type of flight pattern dod you fly? Area Survey, CrossHatch, Random? 3) Can you show a screen capture of your flight pattern 4) for the stitching method you should use higher density point clouds if oyu have sparce image coverage, as it is this characteristic that D2M uses to tie image points together Cheers Gordon

Hello @PMB-PCL Today, the current version of the flight app is limited to the drones and lenses listed in the article Matrix of Supported Drones, Cameras, and Lenses. There has not been any change to this list. The Site Scan is working on a newer version of the flight app. However, in the meantime the Site Scan team continues to enhance and upgrade Site Scan Manager cloud application. It supports a wide variety of imagery from many differnt drones and is providing tighter integration with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. In the first half of next year you will see some significant improvements in the platform. Cheers Gordon

Hello @forestknutsen1 you are almost there. You simply need to populate the Order Base Value with date in the future. For example 2050/01/01. Once this is set, the Image Service will always put the most recent ontop followed by the Z-order value.

@Blevins_Mark For Elevation We generally use the LERC compressed tile cache while for 3 Band RGB we use the mixed format (jpg & Png). This allows for transparency along the edges. Additionally, I can't see a coordinate system in your images. If you are using WGS84 Web Mercator then I would suggest just using the Manage Tile Cache tool and Pick Elevation Tiling Scheme for the DSM and ArcGIS Online Tiling Scheme for the Ortho. These then use LERC by default for Elevation and Mixed for the Ortho.

@QuickSnail I think then you are referring to Oriented Imagery. Take a look at the example applications here. I think the example you are after is 3D Chateau but there are other examples which do what you are after. OIC becomes part of ArcGIS Pro at the November release. No just an add-in

@RebeccaEmerson SURE has been incorporated into the ArcGIS Reality Products. These include Drone2Map, Site Scan, ArcGIS Reality Extension for ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Reality Studio. Depending on the nature of the source imagery you are using we can recommend the best toolset for you.

@Matt-Barrett you are correct. The original images will need to be edited that have the markup in them. The mesh cannot be edited post creation in any software. The Ortho you can edit with Pixel Editor. Be sure if you are editing the original images you do not lose the EXIF header information that is used in the processing in Site Scan and Drone2Map Gordon

Hello @ValmirSantana The outputs from D2M are all tiff files. Conversion to ECW is not available as this is a licensing restriction from Hexagon. Only Hexagon products can write or update ECW files. If you take the image into ArcGIS Pro you can use the Copy Raster tool to convert to Jp2 which can provide equivalent compression. Personally, I would leave as tiff as it is transportable to other applications. If you just want as backfround imagery then CRF is a faster option than JP2. HTH Gordon

Hi @Rural_Design_LimitedGIS What happens if you process half the imagery in one job and half in another. With enough overlap. You could then use a Mosaic Dataset in ArcGIS Pro to bring the outputs together and then us the Copy Raster tool to output a final product. I know it does not direct solve your problem but it might get you past this hump. As for Drone2Map processing the full datatset I would drop the Point Cloud Density to High. The True Ortho ouput from SURE engine should still provide the result your looking for. Cheers Gordon

Hello @Anonymous User as a follow-up to Javier's comments , if using Site Scan Flight on an iPad then the iPad Mini is an ideal solution. It is compact and can be mounted on most controllers. Avoid the iPad Pro 12.9 inch. I have used one of these and it is just too big and requires a second pair of hands or a table to accomodate the size.
