Hi Veronica - Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Is this a workflow that has been successful for you in the past with the same data/map and no longer is working? It does sound similar to this issue posted awhile back so would be worthwhile to try those suggestions. Date axis guides were added as a feature to ArcGIS Dashboards with the November 2024 update to ArcGIS Online.
