I followed all the correct steps. There was no error message and it is in the basemap area.

I can do all the steps, but then there is nothing there but a white basemap. Thanks! Thoughts?

At the UC, I was shown how to add a Google Map Imagery Hybrid to a basemap by adding a new item and then adding it to the basemap gallery. Somehow I can't replicate it here. Can anyone help? thanks! Carl

Thanks for this Cody … yes this appears to be a Mac/Firefox issue all other combinations of PC/MC and the major browsers work. I appreciate you taking a look. Carl

Thanks for the feedback Cody. I am glad it works on your machine. Maybe it has something to do with Firefox on my Mac since it works on Chrome and Safari.

Hi Cody. Thanks for teh response. The screen shot I would show you is simply a white screen. Were you able to click on the "View Larger Map" link at the bottom left of the initial map screen to see a larger map? Screen shot of our map page is below ... which work sfine. Its the link to the larger map which doesn't work. Looking forward to confirming your observation.

I am noticing problems with Firefox rendering maps correctly. The first is our map has a feature to show larger map. Firefox won't render the larger map, but Chrome and Safari will. The second is a link from our dashboard to a NOAA Mapbox ocean current layer which also won't render on Firefox but will on Chrome and Safari. You can try our map here: https://www.openoceans.org/Plastic-Trash

We have a dashboard with a map that shows beaches as polygons. The table includes beach name, beach owner, beach maintenance agency, and nonprofits cleaning the beach. There is a field for each beach nonprofit so that when a user clicks on the polygon, the popup shows the owner, maintaining agency, and all the nonprofits that clean the beach. That part works with the exception that it would be nice for fields that are blank to not show. The dashboard also has three pulldown boxes at the top. For owner, you can click on the name of the owner, and the beaches that are owned will reveal themselves on the map. The same for the maintenance agencies. Those two are one-to-one relationships that work great. For. the nonprofits its a one beach to many nonprofit relationships. We want to be able to click on the name of a nonprofit and reveal the beaches they clean on the map and don't know how to do it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

We have a community-based web map with contributions from citizen scientists. Occasionally we will receive information that a data point is inaccurate and should be removed. Before removing it, I would like to be able to copy the record and paste it into an Excel file to keep a history of those changes. I can't see how to do that. Thanks! You can see the map here:

Thanks Peter, and apologies for taking so long to reply to this post. I know how to show an image with a URL in a popup, but we have a Survey123 form that allows people to attach an image (not a URL). I was trying to figure out how that image could be directly expressed from the resulting attribute table without saving it to an online location where it would have a URL (i.e. DropBox or equivalent). Thanks again!

Thanks James ... was working with Esri support on this, too. I couldn't load Survey123 Connect on my Mac because the app hasn't been updated for the Mac yet. But once I understood that I could accomplish your suggestion in Connect, I loaded it on my PC and all good. Appreciate the help.

I created a Survey123 survey with a binary field called "Verified." Choices are "No" and "Yes" The survey feature set is expressed twice in ArcGIS Online - one version shows records with the value "No" the other with the value "Yes" My question is how to set the default value to "No" in the feature set data layer when new submissions come in since the "Verified" question is no longer in the survey (because we don't want anonymous survey takers to change verified to "Yes" NOTE - I am at Esri headquarters today and tomorrow (11/5 - 11/6/2019) if personal intervention would be possible..

When I use Map Notes in ArcGIS Online, I know how to use the feature that allows an image to appear when the pop-up box opens. How can I achieve the same result when uploading a CSV file with an image? Likewise, in Map Notes, I know how to add a link to text. When uploading a CSV file and looking at the popup, instead of see "More Info" with a link, I would like to use descriptive text to describe a source and then have a link embedded in that source so when a viewer clicked on it (i.e. "New York Times story on Ocean Beaches") they would go to the story. There must be an elegant way to accomplish this! Thanks!!
