ArcGIS Pro 1.4.1 was released today. This is a patch update to the Pro 1.4 release. Review the release notes for more information on the issues addressed in this update. Check out this blog post on how to apply ArcGIS Pro software updates. No new functionality is included with this patch update. Therefore, you can expect the following items to work seamlessly between 1.4 (1.4.0) and 1.4.1: Project files, project templates, and project packages (.aprx, .aptx, and .ppkx) Layer files and layer packages (.lyrx and .lpkx) Layout files (.pagx) Map files and map packages (.mapx and .mpkx) Task files (.esriTask) Custom functionality built using the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET Custom tools built using geoprocessing or the ArcGIS Pro ArcPy site package Packaging, publishing, and sharing (for example, publishing web maps to ArcGIS Online)

We understand that many Desktop users have concurrent use licensing. I want everyone to know that ArcMap 10.5 and ArcGIS Pro 1.4 support concurrent use licensing. If you are an existing ArcGIS Desktop customer with concurrent use licenses, you can purchase additional concurrent use licenses as needed. We also will continue to have single-use licensing for ArcGIS Desktop and the new Term (Subscription) based licensing. I encourage everyone to read this recent blog post on the topic and see the ArcGIS Pro licensing help topics for more details on licensing. If you have business question or licensing questions that might be unique to your organization, please contact your Esri Account Manager. Thanks, Rob Elkins ArcGIS Product Manager

I was wrong, there is no beta forum on the Pro 1.2 site. Sorry for the confusion. If you have feedback on Pro 1.2 you should contact Esri Support or use GeoNet.

Last night we released an update to ArcGIS Pro Prerelease. To get the update you'll need to have Pre-Release installed and authorized. Then you start up Prerelease and will be notified that an update is available. Actually there are 3 new updates, one for the app, one for the Help System and one for Python. With this update, ArcGIS Pro is "feature complete" for the 1.0 release that will be part of ArcGIS 10.3 for Desktop. Our focus has shifted from new development to bug fix and stabilization. More than ever we need your help. If you see something wrong please say something. You can contact Support and or submit a error report. We have also added a new Category to the ArcGIS Ideas site called "ArcGIS Pro". This is were you can submit ideas to improve the app and vote on other user submitted ideas. Thanks for all your patience and help with this release!

There is no .NET API for ArcGIS at this first release but we are working it. We'll have a beta and release of the ArcGIS Pro SDK for .NET next year. As mentioned, we have Python support but not .NET development. Thanks, Rob

ArcGIS Server Standard and Advanced Edition customers on Maintenance are entitled at 10.3 to a number of named users that can be used with Portal for ArcGIS. To enable these named users in Portal for ArcGIS, you will need to request a Portal license file from My Esri. If you are also entitled to ArcGIS Pro (b/c you own Desktop), these ArcGIS Pro licenses can also be managed with Portal for ArcGIS 10.3. The Portal for ArcGIS Administrator help at Prerelease already includes a topic on this called 'Configure ArcGIS Pro licenses'. Take a lot at that topic for more details
