This is great, everybody is glad that these ArcGIS Solutions help our clients address real-world problems. This is based and modeled on the great work of our clients around the world. Using the success of one client to help other clients get in front of this pandemic and address any repeatable workflow/challenges is something Esri is well suited to do with our Global footprint across all industries, KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!

Dustin, We have been doing some HL7/FHIR translation/display work recently for the SANER Project. Here is a demo video from the recent NACCHO360 Interoperability showcase (Click Here) as well as a report from a recent HL7 Connectathon FINAL Connectathan Report out (SANER Project on page 58). Feel free to reach out to me via email (jshoultz@esri.com) with some more details on your exact use case and I will see if the staff that worked on these projects can provide any more detailed advice.

David, Were you able to sign-up? I went to the link provided and clicked the "Count Me In" button and was able to enter my information and sign-up without issue. I was using Chrome but it should not really matter what browser you are using. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your interest in the Esri MOOCs, they are a great way to get a lot of information and training with a flexible schedule!

I am working with the Esri Disaster Response Program and created a Public Group in their ArcGIS Online Organization where users can contribute any public facing maps, applications or feature services related to the West Africa Ebola outbreak. I have already added content but please feel free to add any additional content you feel is useful (http://bit.ly/1q6Ijsm‌). This is a great example of using ArcGIS Server and other platform tools to create a geospatial content management system. Now with the capabilities of ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Server and Portal for ArcGIS creating this type of portal is even easier for health agencies that don't have the time or resources to create such a highly customized interface. OSHPD's Healthcare Atlas can and should serve as an example of what is possible when geospatial data is properly leveraged to allow access both internally and externally!
