Hi @JonJones1, while Advantage Program does include credits that can be applied toward training, one of the main program benefits is that you get a dedicated technical advisor who can help you navigate your migration and other strategic GIS initiatives, and pull in Esri experts as needed. Regarding training access specifically, another option is to purchase prepaid training days through the Esri Training Pass (training days can be applied toward individual seats in public classes, private training classes for a group, and other products) and redeem them as needed.
