Hello Kelly Gerrow, Thanks for your suggestion. I am actually trying have a symbology that represents 2 value, but ArcGIS Online/Portal does not support that. So I concatenate the 2 fields. During editing, adding new feature, I will like to have only 2 options for the users to select: - Lost, In Progress - Found, In Progress And when editing the existing feature,they have the options all the 4 options: - Lost, In Progress - Lost, Closed - Found, In Progress - Found, Closed I also used Subtype so that the other 2 fields are being updated using the Default Value. e.g. Lost, In Progress Type: Lost Status: In Progress It work well in ArcMap, but when I bring them to ArcGIS Portal, the Default Values within the subtype are not working like the way ArcMap does.

Can ArcGIS Online support feature template like ArcMap? I need to symbolize a feature class based on two fields. ArcGIS Online does not support unique multiple fields symbology, thus I concatenate the 2 fields. The field looks like: Found, In Progress Found, Closed Lost, In Progress Lost, Closed In ArcMap, I can edit the feature template to show only 'In Progress' projects in Create Feature. When I published it to ArcGIS Online, in the edit pane, it shows all the types 'closed' and 'in progress'. When I delete the 'Closed' ones in the Manage template, these 'Closed' types are deleted from edit dialog box from: I am trying to create a web app for editing. When users add new features, they will only have the choices of creating 'In progress' types and later they will edit the these feature to 'Closed.' How will these feature template and subtype rules are applied in ArcGIS Online or if i publish these services with ArcGIS Server?

Can GeoEvent delete related features? I have a feature service that contains all the cases, open and close cases. All the open cases will create buffers and when the case status is changed from Open to Closed, I want to buffers to be removed. I do not want to remove the Closed cases from the feature service only the buffer. Update a Feature output updates the features which is useful when the fields are edited but it does not remove the features that do not meet the filter criteria as such the cases that has been closed will still be in the there and this will effect the model as the buffer will used as GeoFence.

I am trying to install SSL cert to ArcGIS Portal which is installed in Azure. Can I buy the App Service Certificate in Azure? Will it work the same?

I can use existing feature class in Survey123 which is great. How about using multiple feature services in one form. The reason I need this is because certain work assignment required field worker to enter information that are stored in 2 different feature classes. They are contains different and separate information and in some cases field workers need to enter the information from these 2 feature classes thus it makes sense to have a single form in Survey123.

I just realized there is no Field tab in the feature class properties (not layer properties) in ArcGIS Pro, unlike ArcMap. In ArcMap it is very easy to view all the fields in the feature class field properties and this makes it very easy to change the aliases. I was trying to change the aliases in all fields and I want the changes to be on the database level so that the next time I add the fc the aliases in maintain. The only way to do it in ArcGIS Pro is to use the GP tool, it is very tedious when there are many aliases to change.

Hi Anthony, I am using Survey123 to collect animals. I use Workforce to let workers know where roughly the animal can be spotted and manage workers. Workers will collect the field information using Survey123. As animal moves, workers will need to pin point the location on the map of where they catch the animal. I am using Survey123 because there are quite a number of required fields. Using Collector, they will still be able to submit the form even though workers did not fill in the required fields and they tend not to complete the required fields. Survey123 will not submit the form until they enter all the required fields. When I integrate Workforce and Survey123, the geopoint will be populated with the location from Workforce, which is something I am trying to get around with. Either location is not populated (by Workforce) or auto populate the location of the auto populated by the GPS location (kinda like Collector).

On the contrary, I do not want the geopoint to be populated by Workforce. The reason is because my location is not exact, it is just a guide for Workers to go around the area (as Workforce does not create buffer polygon) and I want them to pin point the exact location. Can I turn off the auto populate geopoint by Workforce? Right now, there is a tendency for the workers to forget to go to the map and pin point the location. I do not see a way to force the workers to verify location as it is already populated on the map. Or is there a way I auto-populate the GPS location of the workers? I totally disagree with using GPS signal alone to determine the location as the GPS signal can be poor at certain location or even no GPS signal. There is also issue such as the workers moving around. But it might be better than no location is recorded because the workers forget to pin point it on the map.

I have the same issue as well. I deleted a user from my organization and the User tab turned blank until I deleted the Worker feature layer. The User tab is back once the user is delete from the layer. I need to delete Users as well, what is the best way of doing it? The status is completed for all the assignments that the user has. It still says Active in User tab. How can I delete users and without deleting the user names in Assignment feature layer? I need to keep records of who completed the work even though he/she has left the Organization.

Thanks Craig, I do realized that if Worker declined the assignment and gave a reason, after Dispatcher reassigned to another Worker B, the information of who was first assigned to and the declined reason was deleted from the record? I thought it will be useful to keep the records, if Worker B is unable to meet dateline.

Is it possible to remove Pause and Decline from the Select Status in Workforce? I do not want any of the users to Pause or Decline, I do not want any of them to decline and I do not need to record when they pause the job.
