Hi, This is a known issue for this release that has not found its way into the release notes yet, we will update the release notes soon. The issue is that some devices do not correctly report their OpenGL configurations to allow us to create our OpenGL context. We need to be specific in creating the OpenGL context to allow many of our map rendering features to work properly (particularly for things like Vector Tiled Layers). We have implemented a solution which works on most devices, but it will still be problematic on some, especially older devices running older versions of Android. Please try on another device or the emulator. Thanks Will.

You can use DTED data in the RasterLayer and FileRasterSource. However, we have not exposed the ability to query it locally as yet.

Symbols defined at the Graphic level always override symbols defined in a renderer.

For each related table you want to download from the service, you should create a related features LayerQuery to your GenerateGeodatabaseParameters LayerQueries array to say that you want related features before you submit your generate geodatabase method on the GeodatabaseSyncTask.

I think you might have a few steps missing. First, depending on your layer type, you need to query for the feature (QueryTask is probably the best place to start if its a feature layer or map service layer in your webmap). If this is a predefined query configured in your webmap, you might also need to get parameters from the predefined queries parameter. Once you have executed a query, you can then use the methods you used above on the mapview (centre at, set scale) to zoom to the features geometry in the query result/s. You may also want to select the feature (if using a feature layer) through the selectGraphics method. The following samples may help you: arcgis-runtime-samples-android/QueryCloudFeatureService at master · Esri/arcgis-runtime-samples-android · GitHub arcgis-runtime-samples-android/QueryTask at master · Esri/arcgis-runtime-samples-android · GitHub

To provide you with help, people will probably need more information as to what the error actually is and why it is not working as expected.

Have you ensured that the layers in your webmap have popup definitions on them? You add these in the arcgis.com map viewer: Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Sorry for the late reply to your urgent post!

Unfortunately getting access to the tables is not supported in our 10.2.x api. The only work around is to inspect the JSON of the webmap yourself with a JSON parser.

The guide document you mention above does actually explains this. For related tables, you need to use FeatureLayer and FeatureTables, these are different from the ArcGISFeatureLayer class you get when you open a webmap. Unfortunately the ArcGISFeatureLayer does not support related table editing at this time. You can replace the ArcGISFeatureLayer instances with FeatureLayer/FeatureTable instances in your MapView to achieve this if you want.

I assume you are trying to use the ArcGIS Proxy Service using a self hosted proxy service? Working with Proxy Services | ArcGIS for Developers If so, this is currently not supported in the 10.2.x Android SDK. However you may be able to do one of the following: 1. Change the self hosted proxy service on the server to accept a valid HTTP query parameter for the URL to the actual resource you want to access. Currently the default just appends the URL of the service on to the end of the URL of the proxy without a parameter name (e.g. its http://proxyurl.com?http://serviceurl.com rather than something like http://proxyurl.com/?url=http://serviceurl.com - note the addition of the "url=" in the second url). 2. Add the proxy service URL in the same format as the proxy page requires to each request to the resource in the onRequestInterception() method of the HttpRequestListener. This gets fired for every http request, you can check what the outgoing URL is to see if its the resource you are interested in, and then modify the request as required.

I assume this is when you are using the SyncGeodatabaseTask to generate a GeodatabaseFeatureTable. In 10.2.x this is not possible. However, ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 added a new property (attachmentsSyncDirection) on createReplica (which is what we call in generateGeodatabase) to allow this to be controlled further. We are adding this to our Quartz Sync API for sure. W.
