Ok. The issue is that the feature services are mostly non-public. This creates the other issue of the tokens... I am thinking at this point it might not be possible, unless I bring the application into a development environment and go from there.

Yeah, I saw that too. I have done this using desktop, with a feature service on our ArcServer environemnt, and a python script. But to do it using pure AGOL seems to not be there yet.

Xander, I was hoping there was some way through arcade to maybe get the BLOB information from the attachment, and place it in the email with an alias, or as an attachment to the email. Scott

To All, I have created a custom email popup within a web map. It uses the 'mailto:' protocol to achieve this, similar to what is in this link: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/send-email-from-web-map-pop-ups/ . I have also been able to use some arcade functions as well to grab things such as local time, lat and long, and other information to populate the email. What I want to do is attach the photos in the popup, into the email that is generated. I know Arcade has an attachment function, but is used to get attachments counts and properties (size, etc.). Has anyone accomplished this feat yet? Thanks, Scott

Xander, This makes sense to be a part of ArcGIS Online. Is this functionality planned for a future AGOL update soon? Scott

Hey Kelly, The issue is that the editor tracking [EditDate] field gets updated every time a feature is touched. Let's say that the user marks the point feature as resolved, and the [EditDate] field get updated with the date and time they marked the feature resolved. Then they go back in a week later to add attachments, or extra notes and follow up information. That [EditDate] now gets updated as well. In reality, I want the exact date and time that the user marked the issue resolved initially. Does that help? Thanks, Scott

I am trying to populate a date field, with the date and time from the exact moment another field is updated. I am using Arcade to do this. I have been able to get the local time from the machine, and populate the date field when the other field is updated, but it keeps updating every second. I want the time field to stay at the time when the other field is first updated, and to not keep automatically updating. Below is the Arcade code: var ResDate = ToLocal(TimeStamp()) var Status = $feature.Status IIf(Status == 'Resolved', ResDate, null) I am then putting this arcade expression in the layer's pop up. So, once a feature's status field is changed from 'Unresolved' to 'Resolved', I want the time to be grabbed and put in the new resolve date field. However, that time keeps getting pulled and updated. I tried using the 'break' operator for arcade with no success. So essentially, I am hoping to pull the time once, and leave it. Any help would be awesome! Arcade is still new and finding detailed documentation can be difficult. Thanks! Scott

I am having issue with the Dashboard Theme as well. When opening the url link on the mobile phone(IPhone), it centers the screen in others areas, sometimes hundreds of miles away. Also, the info summary widget is greyed out on half of the layers. After refreshing the safari browser several times, it will return to normal, but will always go back to being messed up after another browser refresh. Any updates on a fix, or bug for this??

It would be great to have a simplified query/filter dialog in the Operations Dashboard Builder in AGOL. I worked with an ESRI analyst for a couple of months to figure it out, and finally we got it! However, it is very convoluted. It would be nice to have a similar dialog to the one you see in web maps and web app builder. The ability to do complex queries (like multiple OR statements inside of AND statements) is there, but it does not allow you to set it up easily. There should also be a verify query button, or a SQL view to show your expression in SQL terms. Below is a screen shot of what it CURRENTLY looks like, and what it SHOULD look like. As you can see, Operations Dashboard makes you spell out the query in the most detail possible. Web app builder has a cleaner interface that is more intuitive. Please Vote!!!

Oh ok. Yea we use thew hosted features. I actually was able to get it to show up eventually. I re added the layers into the web map, then deleted the old one. Clear the the browser cache, and it seemed to work.

That is very concerning. A lot of our data depends on dates too, which get overwritten during republishing. Even though there is a script to overcome that, this seems like more trouble than it is worth. I will call and try to get some more information if I can. Thanks for the info!
