At this point I don't even know what to look at with the data. That street and those lines/points have been around forever. Their geometry is fine. Everything is filled out. My Spillman support folks are at a loss too. Trying adding all kinds of alt names now to test that out. I've also got my county's version of the data with the same street, so I am going to make a locator based off of that and see what happens. May as well bring this up since you're familiar with Spillman. We are also having another issue where some intersections are showing the display address long. Example: We search "Sixth & Fuller" and while all the other fields and match addresses are correct, the display address shows up instead as "Fuller & Fuller". Any ideas?

It is Spillman! We use Alt Names that are the first three letters of every street so they can type names out faster. Our main table of data has everything broken down like that already, should I be doing so again with the alt names?

I am creating the locators in ArcMap 10.6 and I publish them as a geocoding service to a 10.6 Server (no Portal). The service is then consumed by the third-party dispatching program. I haven't had a chance to make the locator yet without adding the street type field. I should also mention that the same street that doesn't show up in the Address Point locator as well (the geocode service is a composite locator of several different points, this particular street doesn't show up in the individual locators or the composite locator).

Hello! I am having a big problem with my address locator that I have been trying to make, I'm hoping someone can help. I have a dual-range locator based off of my centerline data. If I use it to search "100 Main" it will easily find "100 Main St". However, with some streets, if I do not add the type at the end of it, it simply will not find the address. So far this only seems to be happening with one street that we know of, named Rincon St. When I do a search for "2100 Rincon" it comes back with nothing. If I search for "2100 Rincon St" it will give me a match. This is true for all addresses on this streets with 9 different segments. Any ideas as to why this is happening? It doesn't happen when I create the locator with the 9.2 version of the locators, but those bring up even worse bugs. This locator is used by our emergency dispatch, so I can't easily ask them to just start using the street types all of the time, they need to work fast and it's unrealistic that they can memorize every street in the city like that. Thanks!

Could you just add a filter on the service after you've added it to the map? Or you could publish it with a definition query applied. I know it's not quite the same, but in the end it would have the same effect.

In ArcGIS Online you can register a feature service you have published in Server. In your "Content" page you can "Add Item" -> "From the Web". If it's secured you can even add in credentials so you don't have to log in every time. Then you can easily add it to maps to edit it. Is that the sort of thing you are looking for?

It would be really really lovely if this Arcade expression would be supported in AGOL. I just tried publishing labels I made in pro with it and it didn't work.

I am still new to developing widgets and I am having the same issue, I go to add the widget and it is not in the list. I fixed it not showing up by creating a manifest.json. It now shows up in the widget list but when I click on it to configure it just tries to load forever and never shows anything to configure. I am super bummed because I think my coworkers would really enjoy this widget in our apps.

Changing the projection did make it work, thank you. One more question, do you know a way that I can make the output file name include a specific attribute? It gives me the ability to state what I want the base to be, but the final output seems to be Basename_OID.tif, when instead I would like Basename_[NAME].tif. NAME being one of the fields in the polygon I am using for the split. Thank you!

Yes, when I open the folder I set as the output folder, there is absolutely nothing there. This is a big enough raster that there is no way, if it were actually successful, that it would finish in 2 seconds. They have different coordinate systems. My polygon is NAD 1983 StatePlane California VI FIPS 0406 Feet and my raster is GCS North American 1983. I didn't think this would make a difference since they line up correctly on my map.

Hello, I've got a large .tif that I am trying to break up to match our city grid layer. I want individual rasters that match with the individual grids. I thought the "Split Raster" tool in Pro would be what I needed to use so that I do not have to do each one individually, which would be a pain because there are 200+ individual grid blocks. But when I run this tool it "Succeeds" after only 2 seconds, and gives me absolutely nothing in the Output Folder that I set. What am I dong wrong?

I want this so much. It would be such a simple, fantastic way for my end users to filter data. I was so bummed when I saw such a slider was available in Pro, but not Online.
