Hi, Arcgis Enterprise 11.2 on Single Windows 2019 server full patched . (Arcgis,Portal,Datastore,WebAdaptors) Arcgis is federated and roled as Hosted. Data store SQL Db on SDE Geodatabase. When try to Print a secure MapService layer getting error: (via default printing tool) "Error executing tool. Export Web Map Task : Failed to create layer from service at xyz .\nFailed to execute (Export Web Map).\nFailed to execute (Export Web Map Task)."   I Tried: 1. Running Portal and arcgis services under domain user with user in the portal and administrator rights.  2. Changing the application pool identity on the IIS to run under domain user. 3. Send web map json (MapService) to REST service with token in the layer and as a property  The basemap is printed but not the layer.   when I make the layer public or FeatureServer the printing works.    Any suggestions? ... Hi, When using a selection tool, the tool selects features from layers that are not visible due to visibility range (defined in web map) It's a bug? Hi, My arcgis server is federate to the portal version 11.2. I am trying to get user roles list   var roles = ServerUtilities.GetRoleInformation(userinfo);       I get: org_user, Organization, Personal, Anonymous But NOT the role that define in the portal at: /portal/home/organization.html?tab=memberRoles#settings   When I use this:     var userRoleSet = ServerUtilities.GetGroupInfo(ServerUtilities.GetServerEnvironment());     I get the groups of user as they define in the portal.   Any suggestions? ... New Arcgis 11.2 Enterprise Deployed on one machine with: Portal for arcgis Arcgis server Web adaptor for portal Web adaptor for arcgis Db on sperate AWS-RDS instance. It's not builder installation. Sometimes Some layers that published under the same service simply disappear. All layers in the service are from the same data source Turning the service off and on usually returns it to normal.
