Greetings All - Does anyone know of a way to run a tool / report that will detect which of my organizations hosted feature services have been edited over a given period of time? We have hundreds of hosted feature services, many of which are used in Collector projects, and I need a way to determine which ones have changed over the past week. Thanks!

We export the service to file gdb and store backups on their Dropbox.

I am the administrator for a client's ArcGIS Online account. We have several projects happening at any given time and several other projects sitting dormant for weeks on end. We use hosted services and I make weekly backups of the active projects. Is there a way to see which feature services have had features added to them within a given time frame - say a week? I want to be able to identify which of my hosted services have had new features added and there need to be backed up for the week. Ideally, I'd like to be able to see this information across the board - for all of my services - instead of having to go in and look at each one individually. Thank you!

Thank you Kelly! I found the source of my problem. In the ArcMap Share As > service editor, there is now a box to write in the max record count. It defaults to 1000. I need to change it because the service is used in an app that allows users to download data. With the default of 1000, they could not download all of the data. With that default set to 1000, I could edit the rest URL and change it, but it wouldn't really change the limitation of only being able to download 1000 features. I updated the service and changed that default from 1000 to 2000 and everything is working fine.

Hi All - I am trying to edit the maxRecordCount property for a hosted feature service. I've done this many times successfully in the past. Last week I updated the service to include additional features. The maxRecordCount reverted back to 1000 (from the 2000 I had set it to previously). When I go to edit the field, I am able to save my edits and yet the value of 1000 persists. Has something changed and is there a new procedure to change this property?

My Collector project contains 2 different coded-value domains, each applied to its relevant short integer field. One domain is applied to a field that stores "has the feature been updated?" values -- 1 for NO and 2 for YES. It drives the symbology. The other domain is applied to a "Signal Strength" field and presents the user with a list of values 1-4. They work great in iOS. In Windows 10, however, the UPDATED? domain will not show the coded values (yes or no) but only the integers (1 or 2). The SIGNAL STRENGTH field reverts to null when I select an existing feature and go into edit. Does anyone know if this is a known issue and/or have a suggestion for making it work in Win 10?

Hello, It seems that Trimble Positions Desktop add-in cannot locate a 'new session' after I have ran the synchronize mobile cache gp tool. After the gp tool has finished, I can see the new collected data along with the new attribute information in the TrimbleSessions feature class. So, it seems all the data is there, but when checking for new sessions, I get the popup indicating that no new sessions are available. Any ideas of what might be causing the add-in not to locate the updated sessions? Thanks. Have you associated the mobile project with the MXD? After created the mobile project in MPC, you must go back into the MXD and associate the two. It's on the Project button in the Trimble Positions Admin Window.
