Jake, No, I was not able to access the ArcGIS Server Manager through the manager URL. So, I submitted a trouble ticket with ESRI and they helped me setup the manager account and configure the correct permissions. Lastly, yes, I uninstalled the 10.2.2 Web Adaptor and then installed the 10.5.1 Web Adaptor.

I repaired a broken web application from another developer that was once with our organization. This web application was linked to a website where the end users completed a search and could view a selected parcel by zooming to that selection on another tab. Since repairing the broken services within the web application, I cannot get the results to zoom to the selected parcel. Can someone help me figure out how to make this work? See the screen shots for the process.

I am new to updating our server side of things and I received this error message after updating our ArcGIS Server from 10.2.2 to 10.5.1 while I was attempting to set up our web adaptor: Failed to get administrator token from the server. Please verify that the ArcGIS Server URL specified can be accessed successfully in ArcGIS Server 10.5.1 Can someone help me figure out what to do to get our web server up and running? I have a lot of angry folks needing services.

I work with three people that use and create annotation for our cadastral data. Recently, it seems our defined leaders that we use quite a bit to create annotation in tight places like the edges of maps and for tiny parcels, does not seem to be working correctly within the editor's version. For example, the default version show the leader lines while the version of the editor does not show the leader lines. Is there something that needs to be set on SDE so the editor versions will show the leader lines? I have attached two screen shots below. The default.jpg is for the default version and the my version.jpg is belongs to one of the editors. Thanks, Bethany Hall bghall@rutherfordcountytn.gov

Rupert, Yes, I would love to be able to add my own colors to background behind the title/subtitle and logo areas along with the area has the tab data displayed. I am not a programmer and having these customizable options, like the story map tour, would be extremely valuable. Bethany G. I have worked with the Story Map Tour quite a bit and I love that I can change the background to a custom color. Is there a way to change the background color within the Story Map Shortlist? The dark gray is nice but I had a custom color in my original story map tour. My story map tour broke and I am trying to get something back up and running.
