Hello, I have produced many 3D multipatches of subsurface geological formations or groups of formations and would like to convert these multipatches to file formats that can be used in 3D printing (.stl). I have spent several hours working with Blender attempting to bring in exported .obj files out of ArcGIS Pro into Blender and also attempting to bring in the raster grids the make up the top and bottom surfaces of each one of these formation packages. Blender is a beast of a program with a pretty steep learning curve. The end goal is to be able to create stackable 3D prints of each of these formation packages like they have done in Alberta, Ontario and Illinois. I have had good luck with the Extrude Between tool to extrude between subsurface geological marker beds. This works well for "layer cake" formations or groups of formations. The difficulty is that not all formation have the same horizontal extent due to non deposition or truncation due to erosion. Michigan Basin, land surface down to the Precambrian basement

Used EBK3D on subsurface borehole lithological geological data, the geostatistical layer appears to fit the input data well as far as vertical extent and vertical exaggeration (VE). Used the GA Layer3D to NetCDF tool to convert the geostatistical layer to.NetCDF. Then added the outputted Multidimentional Voxel Layer (.nc file) the to the scene, it appears to have used the wrong vertical extent, VE or vertical datum. Even after changing the voxel layer to the same VE as the other layers, it doesn't display properly. DEM on top, bedrock surface in red at bottom. 3D boreholes with lithologies extruded down by each unit thickness. VE 40x Sumnerville and Sister Lakes 7.5 minute quads, Cass County Mi. 3D borehole and EBK3D geostatistical layer, good fit Add voxel layer, for some reason it comes in with a VE of 27.5 When I change VE to 40 it makes it worse If I fudge the VE to 12.3, the voxel layer nearly matches the vertical extent of input data and the intermediate geostatistical layer. 40/3.2808 =12.2 3.2808 ft/m Seem to be a units (Ft or M) or VE or vertical datum issue. Have other had this issue or any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks

Many states or counties are reporting daily new COVID-19 cases and new COVID-19 deaths. This data charted either on a statewide or county level is often erratic. But a 3 or 5 or 7 day running (moving) average of the data plotted on top of the daily new cases or deaths does a better job of presenting the overall trend in the data. I am looking for a Python script or Arcade expression that I an use to quickly calculate a 3,5, or 7 day average of the data to use in ArcGIS Pro, AGOL, or a Dashboard. I am also looking for a way to keep the data up to date. Thanks

In AGOL one can spend a significant amount of time, filtering, symbolizing, configuring a custom popup for a given layer for a web map. This same layer may need to be used in a number of different web maps/apps for a variety of different purposes. I would rather not recreate the wheel and refiltering, resymbolizing, reconfiguring a custom popup for each web map that needs to use this layer. It would be very helpful if AGOL could allow copy and pasting layers from one web map to another.
