Don't know why no one has replied, but I think you've probably found a solution by now. I just had this issue at 11.3 coming from a very old - but still ArcGIS Pro - service. The fix was to stop the service in manager and set a time zone under parameters and start it again. Or if you overwrite/create a new service, assign a time zone.

Ahhh, took me so long to find this answer. Creating a WEB MAP first is the key. Thanks!

In 3.3 it only shows in "Share as a Web Layer" if you're publishing a feature service.

There is a workaround, no solution though. The workaround is to add a point layer (can use Feature to Point tool) and use this as your list in the dashboard. Then the point zoom will work and you can configure it so it looks like it's zooming in on your polygons.

I was having the same issue and was able to figure it out. It did indeed have to do with layers not being accessible in AGOL. If you're using the new map viewer, you probably aren't even aware that it's happening. I had to open it up in the classic map viewer to even see the error and saved it again there. Now I can see the configuration screen for the map. I hope this helps!

I just had the same issue. The problem was that I had a zoom action set up in the list, so adding the URL parameter to zoom also meant that the dashboard had two map zoom actions. Removing it from the list made the zoom work. The bug is here: BUG-000148627 for ArcGIS Dashboards (esri.com) In my case, I made a copy of the dashboard to use just for the URL parameters. I hope this helps! -Kevin

Found this on another community post. It works for me: Tim Hopper Feb 22, 2012 1:51 PM Correct Answer This might seem crazy but... 1. Make ArcMap smaller than full screen. 2. Drag it onto your primary monitor and close ArcMap (without maximizing). When it reopens, it should be on your primary monitor. 3. Maximize ArcMap on your primary monitor. Close ArcMap. 4. When you reopen a second time it should be maximized on your primary monitor.

I’ve found a few different documents and discussions on the correct order and all say to upgrade or install Portal first. In my situation, we are running 10.3.1 Server without Portal installed and will be upgrading to 10.7.1. We will be installing Portal with this upgrade. So we are upgrading Server and installing Portal and Data Store. That said, should I take any specific order into consideration? Thanks, Kevin

The Single Choice Grid is a must on the tablet. It really should be an enhancement. Here's what our Clean Water Division inspectors have for the grid. We have them currently only using the web form for these, but we want a seamless experience so all of their surveys go through the Survey123 app and not a combination of the web and the app.

I doubt that it is the Story Map that is doing the rotating. I often have problems with when taking a photo with an iPhone/iPad where the orientation doesn't come out correctly when I send the file. I would recommend checking each photo on a PC before uploading them to your app.

Hi all, I have an open ticket with Support regarding this, but wanted to throw it out here to see if anyone else already found a solution to it. The situation is that I have a Series Map that has a tab that is a Tour Map. I was wondering if there is a URL parameter that will allow me to open a specific point in the Tour Map in the Series map. So the Series Map comes up, opens the tab with the Tour Map, and Tour Map goes to a specific point. I was thinking it would be something along the lines of http://encinitas.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=abcb1e41a88e41f7b87aab875d988179&entry=2&index=3 , but it is only taking me to the tab with the Tour Map. Hopefully someone else has figured this out! Thanks, Kevin
