If the data is still on the device and you've identified the field(s) causing the sync issues, you could edit the features and fix the field(s). Then try to sync again.

We've seen similar issues while using Collector with SQL float / double data types. In the ArcGIS Online web map you can configure the scale (decimals) for the field but not the precision. For example, if your SQL field data type is numeric(3,1), which is a max value of 99.9, Collector doesn't know that max. If a user were to type 999.9, Collector accepts that value and stores on the device. From our experience, when you sync you will get an error, however the items to be synced (on the cloud icon) disappear and it looks as if the Sync was successful. The features remain on your device, however they actually never get synced to the SQL DB. The ArcGIS Server log error associated with this issue is "Arithmetic overflow error converting real to data type numeric."

This be done using Python. You can do an arcpy.da.UpdateCursor (point a) and store the point_id as a variable. Then nest an arcpy.da.SearchCursor on the second feature class (point b), with an if statement. If point_id1 == point_id2: geometery1 = geometry2 Here's the link to UpdateCursor. And note, "Geometry properties can be accessed by specifying the token SHAPE@ in the list of fields." UpdateCursor—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

The Table name that is used when you click "Show Related Records" from a pop-up is based on the label you give it when you create the Relationship Class in ArcMap / ArcCatalog. It does default to the format you specified, "i.e. databasename.DBO.relatedtablename" but you can change it. The screenshot below shows default on the left, and a cleaner label on the right. If you plan on including the Table in your in the Web App Layer List, I would consider giving the Relationship Class Label a unique suffix (see screenshot on the right). That way if you have both opened in the Attribute Table, you can tell which table is which.
